- Metric data scope: Drag a metric from the metric slot to the data scope to filter it. For duration metrics, condition values are filtered in milliseconds.

For sum metrics on the current object, you can filter detail records or the aggregated result set. Other metric types are filtered by the aggregated result set.

-
Calculated metric data scope: Drag a calculated metric from the metric slot to the data scope. The filter runs on the aggregated result set.
-
Year-over-year and month-over-month metric data scope: Drag a comparison metric from the metric slot to the data scope. The filter runs on the aggregated result set.

View details
- A chart shows aggregated data for a dimension. Select View Details to inspect the detail data behind an aggregate.
- When the Y-axis contains multiple metrics, hover over a metric field to view its detail data.

- Select the total in the upper-right corner to view the detail data for the total.

View object relationships
- A chart can contain metrics from multiple objects. Select an object relationship to view the relationships between each metric object and the analysis object.

Share, export, and subscribe
- Forward: Recipients see data within their own permissions, not the current user’s data.
- Share: Shares the chart as an image. Users in the permitted Visibility scope see the same image.
- Export:
- Exporting from the chart page includes the current filter scenario and data scope, so the exported data matches the current view.
- Exporting from the chart list uses the default filter scenario and data scope.
- From the chart page, you can export an image or report data.
- Subscribe: Each subscriber receives data within their own permissions. A subscription does not expand the subscriber’s data access.
Expected result and verification
After viewing a chart, check the filter conditions, data results, and details. If an operation is unavailable, confirm the chart permissions, data permissions, and designer configuration.
