KPI card

### Use cases A KPI card directly displays the value of the selected metric. For example, opportunity amount, number of orders, and number of users.

  • Custom layout
    • Layout type: Tiled, 1-drag-1, 1-drag-2, 1-drag-4, 1-drag-6, 1-drag-8. The tiled layout is equivalent to the existing advanced layout but offers more flexible and rich configuration.
    • Style configuration: *Cards per row: Supports custom setting of the number of cards displayed per row (not supported by the tiled type). *Card spacing: You can customize the spacing between cards. *Font size: You can customize the font size of the metric value and KPI Name. *Primary and secondary metric position: You can customize the position of the metric value and KPI Name, including value on the left, value on the right, value on the top, and value on the bottom (not supported by the tiled type). *Columns: Supports custom setting of the number of columns displayed per row for sub-metrics (not supported by the tiled type). *Column spacing: Supports custom setting of the spacing between columns of sub-metrics (not supported by the tiled type). *Divider: Supports custom setting of the divider style, including line weight, type, and color (not supported by the tiled type). *Alignment: Supports setting the centering style of metrics, including left, center, and right. *Icon: Supports custom setting of the icon style, including size, type, color, and border. *Color: The system provides multiple custom color schemes. *Border: Supports adding borders to cards and setting the border color and weight. *Corner radius: Supports setting the corner radius of cards.

  • By default, the settings selected for the corresponding Web configuration items are displayed. You can further adjust them for a better mobile display.
    • The configuration items and options are fewer than on Web. Configuration items that cannot be set separately on mobile use the Web configuration by default. The display effect and logic of configurable items are the same as on Web.

### Use cases A gauge shows the overall completion status and is mainly used with targets. For example, it can show the company’s overall target completion rate.

  • Data Statistics table: You can set Visible the Data Statistics table and where to display it. It is hidden by default. You can switch to display it at the top, bottom, left, or right of the chart.
    • Hide Data Statistics table in card view: This option is available when the Data Statistics table is displayed. It is selected by default.

Color and font* Color: The system supports two color schemes: new palette and classic palette. The first set of the new palette is used by default.
  • New palette: Supports customizing colors based on an existing color scheme.
  • Classic palette: Does not support custom colors.
  • Advanced settings: Set the display color by segment. Shows the number by default. You can switch to percentage. Up to 5 segments are supported, and custom colors are supported.

Function configuration

### Use cases A Data Statistics table shows the data for each dimension within a data range. For example, a Data Statistics table can compare the lead-to-order situation by month for different account levels in the current year, or the annual opportunity status by department.

  • Advanced configuration: You can set the table alignment and add composite headers.
    • Alignment: Dimension fields are left-aligned and metric fields are right-aligned by default. You can select specific columns or the entire table body to set the alignment.

  • Composite header: You can add composite headers above the standard headers and customize the composite header style, including font size, bold, font color, and cell color.

  • Table color: In advanced configuration, you can customize the table colors, including header color, zebra-stripe color, hover color, subtotal color, and total color.

  • Attribute field order: When the dimension fields contain a “primary attribute” field and attribute dimensions are enabled, you can set the order of attribute fields. The attribute field is displayed on the left of the primary attribute field by default. You can switch to display it on the right.

Function configuration

  • Horizontal subtotal: This option is available only when the Data Statistics table has two dimensions. A Data Statistics table with no dimension or a single dimension does not have this option. Selected by default and displayed at the bottom. You can switch to display at the top. After you clear the selection, you cannot set the subtotal display position (the display effect is the same as that of the horizontal total).
Advanced configuration
  • Average: Not selected by default. When selected, you can choose the metric average to display. After the setting, the average of the current metric is displayed in the edit view, preview view, and detail view.

  • Sort: Not selected by default. When selected, you can set sorting and TopN for a dimension based on itself, or sorting and TopN for a dimension based on a metric. You can select a preset TopN or enter a specific value.
  • When the dimension is an enumeration value or a department field, custom sorting is supported.
