BI platform overview
This page introduces the capabilities, operations, and related rules of the Business Intelligence (BI) platform.
Data analysis presents graphical analysis results for business data and provides report and chart templates. You can use these templates to view results directly, or create reports and charts from them or from scratch to meet your organization’s needs. The platform also uses the CRM permission system to protect data and provides subscriptions for users who need Data Statistics on a recurring basis.
BI platform value
Flexible, easy-to-use Visual Self-Service Analytics with powerful customization
- A wide range of chart types presents data in the most effective format.
- Powerful analysis capabilities help you explore the value of your data in depth.
- Flexible customization supports complex analysis models and organization-specific scenarios.
Deep business integration with granular permission management
- The platform inherits the PaaS permission system, including role permissions (object-level and field-level permissions), feature permissions, data permissions, chart permissions, and dashboard permissions. This resolves integration problems that traditional BI systems can have with data permissions and data synchronization.
- Charts integrate deeply with business applications and can be embedded anywhere, so data can support decisions wherever users work.
Better decisions that drive business growth
- Use data to make informed decisions and monitor changes in real time.
- Understand the results of decisions, establish a PDCA management loop, and drive further business growth.
