Configure your first BI component
Add a chart component to a home page template.
Learning Objectives
After completing this tutorial, you can select and display an existing chart in a home page template.
Before You Begin
[!IMPORTANT] - Role permissions: You need back-office configuration permissions for home page templates. - Prerequisite: Create at least one chart that can be selected.
Procedure
- Go to Admin Center > App List.
- Select an app and click Edit.
- Select whether to configure the web app view or mobile app view, and then click Edit.
- In step 4, Page Configuration, of the app view editor, drag Chart to the component area. Select an existing chart on the chart selection page.
- Save the app view.
Verify the Result
When you open the home page, it displays the selected chart. You can select up to 15 charts.
