Configure the BI menu entry
Overview
Configure a BI menu in a connected application to provide downstream users with access to reports.
Before You Begin
[!IMPORTANT] - Role permissions: Upstream application configuration permission - Applicable applications: Agent Connect, Order Connect, and custom applications
Procedure
- Go to the menu configuration of the target connected application.
- Add a BI menu and make it visible to downstream users.
- Save the configuration, then use a downstream account to verify the Reports menu entry.
Downstream users can create reports and pivot reports and export them; forwarding and sharing are not supported.
Expected Result and Verification
Downstream users can access the report list from the Reports menu. Creating and exporting are supported; forwarding and sharing are not supported.
