Distribute charts and verify downstream access
Upstream CRM administrators can configure application homepages for different downstream roles and distribute charts through those homepages.

Configure homepage charts for downstream roles and verify that downstream users can view, filter, and export them.
Prerequisites
- CRM administrator permissions for the upstream enterprise
- An application homepage has been configured for the downstream users in the connected application
Procedure
- Open the homepage configuration for the connected application and select the application homepage that corresponds to the downstream role.
- In the chart component, select a dashboard chart or report. Dashboard charts must be created from object topics visible to downstream users, and the primary business module of reports must be an object visible to downstream users.
- Configure whether filters take effect for preset or custom charts. Personnel filters apply to the chart’s external owner.
- Complete the web configuration. Mobile configuration is the same as web configuration.
Verify the Results
Downstream users can view chart details, filter and drill down into charts, view details, and export data. They cannot create, edit, delete, subscribe to, forward, or share charts.
