Configure push parameters
Set the delivery schedule
| Schedule type | Description |
|---|---|
| Weekdays | Delivers only from Monday to Friday |
| Daily | Delivers every day |
| Weekly | Delivers on the specified day of the week |
| Biweekly | Delivers once every two weeks |
| Monthly | Delivers on the specified date each month |
| Custom | Delivers based on custom rules |
Set the delivery time
Select a time within 8:00–22:00, in 5-minute increments.
Set the data type
| Data type | Description |
|---|---|
| Offline data | Static data, generated around 3:00 AM on the delivery date. Supports personalized delivery with personnel variable fields |
| Real-time data | The latest data, with no historical data retained. Opening the subscription task always shows the latest data |
[!TIP] With offline data, if the chart contains personnel variable fields, the system generates reports with different data ranges for different recipients. This enables personalized delivery.
Set trigger conditions
| Trigger condition | Description |
|---|---|
| Do not push empty data | Does not send the subscription message when a recipient has no chart data |
| Alert push | Sends the subscription message when chart data meets the alert conditions |
Set a custom time zone
If your enterprise has enabled the multi-time zone feature, you can set the delivery time based on a custom time zone (usually the recipient’s time zone).

For example, set the sales order details subscription task to deliver at 9:00 AM every day in the UTC+9 time zone. Recipients then receive the subscription file at 9:00 AM UTC+9 each day.
Configure delivery channels
Configure the system email
To use email delivery, first configure the system email:
- Go to Setup > Email Management.
- Click Add System Email and enter the email server configuration.

- After the configuration is complete, users can bind a receiving email address in Personal Settings.

Permission check
When a subscription recipient does not receive deliveries, run a permission check on the Subscription Management page. The system automatically detects the following issues:
| Issue type | Check item | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Chart view permission | Whether the recipient has view permission for the chart | In Setup, set the chart’s visibility to Public or add visible users |
| Subject view permission | Whether the recipient has view permission for the chart’s subject | Go to Setup > Feature Permissions > Subject and confirm the subject view permission |
| Object view permission | Whether the recipient has view permission for the chart’s related objects | Go to Setup > Feature Permissions > Object and confirm the object view permission |
| Object disabled | Whether a custom object related to the chart is disabled | Go to Setup > Object Management > Custom Object Management and enable the object |
| System email not configured | Whether a system email is configured | Go to Setup > Email Management and add a system email |
| Personal email not bound | Whether the recipient has bound a personal email | The recipient goes to Personal Settings and adds an email address |
| CRM permission | Whether the recipient has CRM permission | Go to Setup > Permission Management and assign CRM permission to the recipient |
