Manage subscription storage


View storage usage

On the Subscription Management page, reports administrators and CRM administrators can view:
  • Used storage
  • Total available storage
  • File size of each subscription task
  • File size of each delivery

Available storage below 1 GB The system shows a notice on the Subscription Management page and sends a Chats reminder to reports administrators and subscription creators
Used storage exceeds total available storage The system sends a reminder. You must delete historical files to free up storage. Otherwise, no further deliveries are received
[!WARNING] Deleted subscription files cannot be restored. Export the files for backup before you delete them. After used storage drops below the total available storage, the system resumes deliveries. Files that were not delivered earlier are not redelivered.

Delete subscription records

On the Subscription Management page, you can clean up historical subscription files to free up storage:
  1. Go to the Subscription Management page.
  2. Find the target subscription task and click Delete Subscription Records to delete all historical subscription files of that task.

Batch delete

The system supports the following batch cleanup methods:
Method 1: Delete by generation date
  1. On the Subscription Management page, click Batch Delete.
  2. Select Delete by Generation Date.
  3. Specify a point in time to delete all subscription files generated before that time.

Method 2: Scheduled deletion
  1. On the Subscription Management page, click Batch Delete.
  2. Select Scheduled Deletion.
  3. Set a retention period. On the 1st of each month, the system automatically deletes all subscription files past the retention period.
