Quick start


This tutorial walks you through the full process from creating a subscription task to receiving the delivery.

Learning objectives

  • Create a subscription task, and set the delivery schedule and channel
  • View the delivered report content in Chats

Completion conditions

[!IMPORTANT] - Role permission: You need view permission for the chart or report. - Data preparation: At least one report, chart, or dashboard exists. - Delivery channel: For email delivery, make sure a system email is configured and your personal email is bound.

Steps

  1. On the Reports or Chart list page, find the target chart and click its name to open the details page.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the chart details page, click Subscribe.

  1. In the New Subscription Task window, configure the following:
  • Delivery schedule: Select a frequency, such as Weekly.
  • Delivery time: Select a specific time, such as 9:00 AM every Monday.
  • Data type: Select Offline Data or Real-time Data.
  • Delivery scope: Select recipients and delivery channels (Chats or email).
  1. Click Save.
[!TIP] For your first subscription, choose Offline Data + Chats push. After trying this simplest path, explore the advanced configuration. To deliver different data ranges to different recipients, select Offline Data and use personnel variable fields in the chart.

Expected results

  • The subscription task is created successfully and appears in the Subscription Management list.
  • The system automatically generates and delivers the report at the specified time.
  • Recipients receive a subscription notification in Chats.
  • Click the Chats message to view the report content.
