Analyze User BI Behavior Data in BI

Create a Chart

1. Go to BI Workstation
2. Click New Chart
3. Select User BI Behavior Analysis as the subject object
4. Enter the chart editing state and configure the dimensions and metrics

Available Analysis Dimensions

• Resource type: Report, pivot report, chart, joined report, or data dashboard
• Operation type: View Details, New, or Export
• Operating user: The user who performed the operation
• Resource name: The specific BI resource being operated on
• Operation time: The time when the operation occurred

Common Analysis Scenarios

• View the Top N most-used reports or dashboards
• Analyze BI usage activity by department or user
• Analyze the frequency of Export operations to evaluate data security risks
