Statistical analysis of operation behavior on all preset objects (such as accounts, contacts, and opportunities) and custom objects in the system. It covers operations through the object’s preset buttons and the “View Details” behavior.

Statistical analysis of users’ login data and online status across all login methods, including QR Code Login, Log in via Verification Code, and third-party app login.

Statistical analysis of operations (View Details, New, Export) on BI resources: reports, crosstab reports, charts, joined reports, and data dashboards.

A permission management module in Setup. It controls access permissions for all analysis subjects of system operations data analysis. By default, CRM administrators and report administrators hold all permissions for this module.

An operation button predefined by the system for each object, such as New, Edit, Delete, or Import. You can view the full list on the object’s settings page. Operations from custom buttons are aggregated under the “Edit” button.

An additional analysis dimension available after you enable object behavior analysis. It records how many times users view the details of a record.

In BI analysis, each system operations analysis subject (User Object Behavior Analysis, User Login Behavior Analysis, and User BI Behavior Analysis) corresponds to one subject domain with its own dimension and metric fields.
