Admin configuration guide
Enable the Analysis Toggle
- Go to Setup > System Operations Analysis
- Find the User BI Behavior Analysis module
- Enable the analysis toggle
- Select the BI resource types to analyze:

| Report | View, New, and Export actions on regular reports |
| Report crosstab | View, New, and Export actions on crosstab reports |
| Charts | View, New, and Export actions on charts |
| Joined report | View, New, and Export actions on joined reports |
| Data dashboard | View, New, and Export actions on dashboards |
- Save the configuration
When you enable the module for the first time, select all resource types. You can adjust the analysis scope later as needed.
Permission Configuration
Same as the permission configuration of User Object Behavior Analysis. Permissions are managed through the “User Behavior Analysis” module in Setup.
