2.1 How to bind email?

2.3 When binding the mailbox, it prompts that the password is wrong.

2.4 A password error occurred when binding the QQ mailbox.
Please log in to the web version of the mailbox (http://mail.qq.com), and check whether the "IMAP/SMTP" service is turned off in "Settings" - "Account". If it is enabled, the authorization code must be used instead of the original email password to bind the email address in FunShare. 2.5 163 mailboxes (such as [email protected]) have password errors
Please log in to the web version of the mailbox (http://mail.163.com), and check whether "POP3/SMTP/IMAP" is enabled in "Settings" - "Client Authorization Password". To enable this service, you need to enable " Client Authorization Password" option, the authorization code is required for verification when binding the mailbox in FunShare, not the original mailbox password. 2.6 Tencent Enterprise Mailbox prompts that the password is wrong.

2.7 Why can't I receive emails?

2.8 Other binding failure errors
2.8.1 Reasons and solutions for automatic binding failure
(1) The account password is wrong--resulting in binding failure
Cause of the problem: The most common type of error, make sure that the email account and password you entered are correct.
Solution: Enter the correct account password and re-bind.
(2) The password expires -- causing the binding to fail
Cause of the problem: If the email address and account password are confirmed to be entered correctly, it may be caused by the expiration of the password.
Solution: Log in to the official website of the mailbox to check whether the password has expired. After changing the password, re-bind.
(3) The initial password has not been modified -- causing the binding to fail
Cause of the problem: For some corporate mailboxes, for the initial password assigned by the administrator, the password must be changed forcibly before being allowed to bind on the mailbox client.
Solution: In this case, you usually log in to the official mailbox website directly, and the user will be guided to change the initial password. After changing the password, re-bind.
(4) You must use the client-specific password to bind
Cause of the problem: For QQ mailboxes, 163 mailboxes, or other mailboxes with a security login code (client-specific password) enabled, when binding Funshare mailboxes, you need to use the method of email account + authorization code to bind.
Solution: log in to the official website of the mailbox, check the authorization code of the client, if you forget the authorization code or the authorization code expires, just regenerate a new one. After obtaining the authorization code, use the email account + authorization code to re-bind.
2.8.2 Reasons and solutions for manual binding failure
Generally click the automatic binding, if the unbinding fails, the user will be guided to the manual binding interface for binding. In addition to the account password, you also need to fill in the sending and receiving protocol server and the corresponding port. The specific interface is as follows:

(1) The mailbox has not started the relevant sending and receiving protocol--resulting in binding failure
Cause of the problem: Some enterprise mailboxes do not enable the client protocol by default, which makes it impossible to bind mailboxes to third-party mailbox clients.
Solution: Enable the corresponding client receiving and sending protocols, and then re-bind.
Opening method: Taking Tencent Enterprise Mailbox as an example, introduce how to open the email client protocol (other email service providers also have similar configurations, refer to the search corresponding configuration for processing), as follows

②. Check whether the relevant client protocol is normally enabled

③. Turn on the corresponding client protocol switch, save the configuration that has been sent to the server, etc.
④. Use the corresponding server + port of the sending and receiving protocol provided by the official website to write the corresponding configuration of the Funshare mailbox, and then bind it again

(2) The email account password and the sending and receiving agreement are all filled in correctly---the binding still fails
Cause of the problem: It may be because the password expires, the secure login is enabled but the authorization code is not bound, the secure login is enabled and the authorization code is used, but the authorization code expires, etc.
Solution: Log in to the official website of the mailbox, check whether the password has expired, check whether the authorization code is enabled and whether the authorization code has expired.

(3) The sending and receiving protocol corresponding to the customer's corporate mailbox only allows non-encrypted email client protocol (non-SSL) port binding
The cause of the problem: Some companies have built their own email services and only opened the non-encrypted email client protocol port, while FanShare email binding only allows the encrypted email client protocol (SSL) port to be bound by default, resulting in binding fail.
Solution: Contact Fanxiang Mailbox Technology, provide the corresponding enterprise number, and apply for opening the use of non-encrypted email client protocol for binding. After the application is successful, you can re-bind.
(4) The customer's corporate mailbox only allows intranet access, resulting in binding failure
Cause of the problem: Some companies have set up their own mailbox services, and restricted access to the intranet only, so Funshare Mailbox cannot be bound to the company's mailbox.
Solution: You need to find the mailbox administrator of the company, apply for an IP whitelist, and allow FunShare to access their mailbox server. After the application is successful, you can re-bind.
(5) The customer's corporate mailbox has enabled secondary authentication, resulting in binding failure
Cause of the problem: Some corporate mailboxes support secondary authentication (such as SMS authentication), while Funshare mailboxes do not support secondary authentication, so the binding fails.
Solution: Log in to the corresponding corporate mailbox, turn off the secondary authentication function, and then re-bind.
(6) The customer's corporate mailbox only supports login using the exchange username (not an email account) + password
Cause of the problem: The customer's mailbox uses the mailbox service built by Exchange itself, and only the user name (non-mail account) + password is allowed to bind, resulting in binding failure.
Solution:
① Contact the customer's mailbox administrator, apply to open the standard client-side sending and receiving protocol (IMAP + SMTP) on their exchagne server, and then bind it to the FunShare side mailbox.
② Contact Fanshare Mailbox Technology, provide the customer's email account + exchange user name, make a special mapping, and then bind to the Fanshare mailbox.
3. Service number
3.1 Where can employees view the service account after creating the service account?
After sending a group message, employees can see the message sent by the service account in the [Qixin] chat list.
3.2 Can the service account be modified or deleted after it is created?
After the service account is successfully created, it can be modified or deleted again.
- Enter the service account management page, select the service account that needs to be modified, and click [Configure] to modify it.
- On the configuration page, it is supported to deactivate the service account, and the service account can only be deleted after the service account is deactivated.
- Disabled: Custom menus, multi-customer service and other capabilities will be automatically disabled, users will not be able to view the service number in the address book, and employees will not be able to upload messages. can be re-enabled;
- Delete: Delete all data of the service account, which cannot be restored.
3.3 Is it possible to select the whole company as the scope of group messages?
You can choose individual, department and whole company for group message sending by service account.

3.5 How to set keyword automatic reply
1. Introduction of keyword auto-reply function
To set keyword auto-reply for the service account, you can add a rule (the rule name can be up to 30 characters), if there is a keyword you set in the message sent by the employee (the keyword does not exceed 10 characters, you can choose whether to match exactly if set Exact match must match all the keywords to take effect), then the content you set to reply in this rule name will be automatically sent to the employee.
2. Keyword auto-reply setting method

Kind tips:
- You can enter webpage link addresses in the text, but hyperlinks are not supported.
- The rule name is set by itself (mainly for distinction);

- Reply information (information content that is automatically replied after hitting the keyword);
- Keyword auto-reply rules
Any number of keyword auto-reply setting rules can be set (up to 30 Chinese characters can be set for each rule name), and a maximum of 100 keywords can be set in each rule (up to 10 Chinese characters can be set for each keyword).
4. Keyword setting
- If the same keyword is set, but the reply content is different, the system will reply the first rule.
- Keywords are separated by carriage return when setting. Entering carriage return can add multiple keywords, and each keyword is less than 10 characters. Do not use commas", "semicolons"; ", commas", "periods" "." to distinguish.
Reminder: The keyword setting does not support the use of spaces and characters to separate, and you can only use the Enter key to add multiple keywords.
5. Exact match function setting

The content sent by the other party must be exactly the same as the set keyword to trigger the keyword reply, and there cannot be one more character or one less character. For example, if you set "sick leave", only replying to "sick leave" will trigger the keyword reply.
- If no exact match is selected, the edit page will display "contains" (as shown in the figure):
As long as the content sent by the other party contains the complete keyword set, it will trigger the keyword reply to the other party. For example, if "sick leave" is set, replying to "sick leave of this month" will be triggered, but an incomplete reply to the keyword "sickness" will not trigger a keyword reply.
3.6 Who can create a service account and how many service accounts can be created at most?
At present, only enterprise administrators have the right to create service accounts, and there is no limit to the number of created service accounts. Enterprise administrators can create them for free as needed.
