1.5 Can the shopping cart display custom fields?
In-sale transaction rules > When creating a new sales order, select the product on the mobile terminal to support the input quantity and custom fields, turn on this switch, and the shopping cart supports displaying the input quantity and custom fields; (after version 800, the shopping cart will refer to the order product component, The display of various fields can be set in the order product layout. 1.6 Why do I need to select a business type every time I enter a Mini Program?
This should be that the downstream orderer has assigned multiple order business types. Since the order type needs to be pulled out for layout judgment in the commodity card, shopping cart and other links in the ordering mall mode, the order type is upgraded to a global parameter, enter the ordering and select the business type once, and the business can be switched in the shopping cart and the personal center type.
As a processing strategy: 1. If there is only one business type downstream, remove multiple business types, and there will be no pop-up selection; 2. If there are indeed multiple business types, users need to be guided to choose. If the customer cannot accept the pop-up window, the mall mode can be turned off.


1.7 Why can't [Online Customer Service] be set in the web channel portal?
The online customer service is enabled by default by enabling OrderPass, which acts as a web channel portal.

1.8 Why are many objects and pages blank
Check whether the layout of the object is configured and assigned to the corresponding object.

The lower version of 360 browser has its own ad blocking plug-in, and the ad rotation component may be blocked. It is recommended to switch or upgrade the browser.

1.13 Why do companies that are already SPUs still display products in the product list?
Please pay attention to the "Switch to select products based on products" under the FMCG business plug-in [Select Product Settings]. If an SPU company wants to select products based on products in the product list, it needs to turn on this switch. After opening, the product list is displayed in the product dimension.
If it is not enabled, the product list still displays products (you can search and query the list based on product rules).




1.14 When adding products in form mode and sales order, why doesn't the product come from the price list?

2. Data permissions
2.1 Why is there no data or incomplete data in the downstream order list? Submit order customer is empty, no default customer? Can't choose the customer address?

Orders submitted by OrderPass have an external person in charge by default, while orders created by CRM do not have an external person in charge by default, so orders created by CRM are not displayed downstream.

2.2 The downstream needs to check the orders placed by the salesman, how to deal with it?
The order created upstream has no external person in charge and external related team by default. You need to set the associated external data in the [Customer Name] field in the order details page layout (if the new/edit page layout is enabled, then in the new/edit page layout). The authority is set to "external responsible person", so that after the upstream creates an order, the external responsible person is automatically assigned, and the downstream can view it. For the historical order data, you need to use the function to refresh the external person in charge.

2.3 For multiple downstream purchasers, can everyone see the company's orders, or can they be viewed separately?
As a B2B ordering platform, Zhuhutong defaults to view order data according to the enterprise dimension, that is, no matter which purchaser is, you can view the company's orders. Bring it up if necessary.

2.4 Why is there no permission to create new products in the [orderer] role, downstream Can products still be created downstream?
Please add the "Dianhutong" application in the available applications of the [Enterprise User] role. At this time, you will find that there is also a [Product] object in the [Enterprise User], and all the functional permissions are granted. Cancel the product related here. Permissions will be normal. Other permissions can also be checked similarly.
2.5 On the OrderPass page, orderers cannot modify the contact address

2.8 Why can't [Online Customer Service] be set in the web channel portal?
The online customer service is enabled by default by enabling OrderPass. If you cannot add the online customer service component in the web application view, please purchase the online customer service product first.

3. Custom extension
3.1 Does OrderPass support custom objects, for example, if a customer adds an application for "expense reimbursement", can it be displayed in OrderPass?
Add a custom object in the object management of OrderPass, and then add the custom object to the web or mobile portal.


3.2 Does OrderPass support custom functions, ui events, etc.
Although OrderPass has full access to Paas capabilities and on-sale capabilities, its core capabilities are still in the mall model, including homepage cards, product list/details, shopping carts, and ordering pages. This is a relatively fixed mall order process. The operation does not currently support custom functions and ui events. But the form mode (new order like crm) is supported, and other open custom custom objects are also supported by default.
3.3 Does OrderPass support custom buttons?
Custom buttons are generally on objects. Custom buttons (business button types) on objects such as orders, payment returns, and invoices are now supported, but ui button types are partially supported.


3.4 The upstream is equipped with bi reports or statistical charts, how to open them on Limentong?
Find the report or statistical chart to be opened in the web and mobile portals of OrderPass, and configure it on the home page. 4. Advanced Abilities
4.1 Can the different personnel of the dealer support dealers see different pages?

4.2 Does OrderPay support placing orders according to contracts and projects?

4.3 Does OrderPass support multi-level ordering?
OrderPass itself only supports one-level ordering, but multi-level ordering can be achieved through 1+N. For example, the model of brand owners-first-level distributors-secondary distributors. The brand owner opens the ordering link and provides first-level dealers with orders. First-tier dealers purchase the dealer version and open OrderPass to provide second-tier dealers with orders.
4.4 Does OrderPass support multiple organizations?
supported. After enabling multiple organizations, add a main customer and produce sub-customers based on different organizations. The Internet account itself is based on sub-customers, so OrderPass naturally supports multiple organizations. After enabling multiple organizations, you need to switch accounts on OrderPass (equivalent to switching stores) to order from the same brand. The difference between commodities and prices sold by different organizations can be set by the organization in the sales range and price list.
4.5 How to configure the online customer service function?
The default [Online Customer Service] application is given when purchasing OrderPass. You can find this app in the main navigation More, if you can't find it, check whether you are an app administrator in the background app management.

4.6 How does the enterprise service account bind OrderPass?
If the enterprise account is bound upstream, you can directly follow the enterprise account, find your company’s enterprise account in WeChat [Address Book]-[Enterprise Account], click to enter, and then click [Order] to enter the home page of Order ( This mode supports both tenant and non-tenant mode.), online ordering can be completed directly without using the FunShare APP, it is recommended to log in and bind as soon as possible after receiving the text message.

4.7 Feedback from downstream customers, the order account cannot be logged in, and it shows that the account is locked
This is a wrong password. Too many logins are locked. You can log in after the account is locked for 30 minutes. If you forget the password, you can log in with the verification code.
4.8 Filter by scope of sale, such as filter by order type, contract, project?

4.9 Why can't I create a new invoice?
The invoice function also needs to enable the inventory function first, and then the CRM administrator can configure the invoice, new outbound and other permissions upstream before it can be used normally.
4.10 Why can't I see the logistics information of the submitted order?
The reason may be that the supplier has not opened the invoice module. The logistics information is not seen after opening the invoice, the upstream supplier failed to pass the order review and did not deliver the goods, or did not fill in the logistics order number in time after delivery.
4.11 Why is the settlement amount different from the previous same order?

5. Version question
5.1 After the customer upgrades to the new version of OrderPass, will it be affected, and can they return to the old version?
The new version and the old version of OrderPass only have different effects on the ordering side, similar to the new version and the old version of the main website, all the data is in the CRM. For old customers, if they want to use new functions, they can grayscale the new version. If they find that the new version is not satisfactory, they can still use the old version. The two versions can be switched freely without conflict.
5.2 Is there any difference between using OrderPass without tenants and with tenants?
There is no difference, you can use OrderPass to complete the required order business. Regardless of whether there are tenants or not, they all enter the same application, except that some tenants enter in the interconnected application. Customers who have enabled tenants can use enterprise internal management tools such as Qixin and CRM.
5.3 The order mode of the old version has the function of switching the price list, why can’t I find it in the new version?
In order to realize the multi-organization/multi-brand function, the old version added the parameter "saleable range and price control". Individual old customers can switch the price list, but the new version already supports the multi-organization mode, so this parameter is no longer provided. Order Tongtong no longer supports switching price lists, but makes inquiries based on the range of sales. Old customers will upgrade to the multi-organization mode in the future to realize the function of switching price lists.

5.4 The old version uses the old promotion, can it be upgraded to the new version?
It is no problem to upgrade the old version to the new version, but the new version does not support the old promotion, but only supports the new promotion (price policy). If you want to upgrade, it is recommended to upgrade the promotion to the new promotion, and the promotion data does not need to be migrated.
5.5 Why can’t I set the advertisement banner in the new version?
The old advertising objects are the same as the old promotions. The new version 810 has opened new advertising objects. Advertising Banner can jump to promotions and commodity/product objects.

5.6 What is the relationship between the ordering portal and the channel portal? Why must it be set in the order management to take effect?
Due to the continuous iteration of the function, the menu name may be changed. No matter how the menu name is changed, the web and mobile custom pages are used. In fact, the bottom layer of these two portals is a set of capabilities, but the components in the pages are different, and the appids are also different. 5.7 How to set product data (recommendations, new products, promotions) in the homepage module?
