This order was opened by other people in erp. In the management background - system docking management - data integration flow - order object - operation overview, find this order and re-synchronize it

1.3 An error is reported when synchronizing the order, prompting: the creation of the associated object BD_Customer.BillHead (customer) failed, id=10001.07.01.136. Source object: BD_Customer.BillHead (customer) has no relevant enabled policy, does not trigger dependent data synchronization

It is because the customer associated with the order has not been successfully synchronized. First find the customer associated with the order under the data integration flow-customer, synchronize the customer successfully, and then trigger the current error data to be synchronized by editing.

1.4 Invoice error: The delivery quantity of the invoice is greater than the quantity of the ordered product

The delivery quantity of the invoice exceeds the quantity of the order product. You can set the order to allow overdelivery under Management->Business Rule Management->Invoicing Management. and click Resync

1.5 What is the reason for this prompt when the order is synchronized: the order change order is not supported for the time being, if you want to use the order change function, please open the new change order of the sales order on k3cloud or turn on the direct editing switch of the sales order

The order change option set by Kingdee is set to enable order change order, which is currently not supported, and needs to be set to direct order change or enable new order change order. In parameter setting - sales management, select the corresponding organization, and set it under the order change option

1.6 The province selected by CRM is Hebei, and it becomes Anhui when it reaches OA

ID=12 means Anhui. The customer created this person from Hebei, but the customer also gave him id = 12 in OA. The oa regional database is a regional database, and there is a separate provincial database

1.7 CRM prompts erp synchronization error (as shown below)

It is because the contracted customer name does not meet the scope conditions

1.8 The sales order is synchronized with ERP-》CRM. The sales order in ERP is invalidated. In CRM, only the order details are successfully invalidated, but the sales order is not invalidated. What is the reason?

A data filter condition needs to be added. The error is reported because the recycle bin still has the sales order details, so it will report an error when uploading again
