ERP integration

Sales BOM does not serve front-end quoting alone. Its results often need to continue into downstream enterprise systems. ShareCRM supports integration with mainstream ERP systems so that order results and product structures can be mapped further on the ERP side.

Integration goals

From a business perspective, ERP integration mainly solves two problems:
  • Synchronizing the confirmed sales-stage order result into downstream execution systems
  • Mapping the configured product structure from the sales stage into ERP-recognizable materials or BOM structures
Without this step, the front end may complete the configuration successfully, but delivery and production teams may still need to reinterpret the result later.

Integration objects

The integrated result of Sales BOM eventually lands in ERP at the material and order level. In other words, the product combinations, child-item structures, and order results confirmed on the front end do not stay only inside CRM. They continue to downstream systems.

Current support scope

The current support boundary includes:
  • Sales contracts, orders, and quotes can already carry CPQ results
  • Custom objects can use CPQ capability after binding the CPQ Plug-in
This shows that ERP integration is not an isolated capability. It is built on the foundation that CPQ has already entered the company’s core transaction documents.

Usage boundary

This document is intended to explain the boundary of the capability rather than act as a full ERP implementation guide. It helps sales, presales, and business owners understand that results generated by Sales BOM do not stop on the front end. They can continue into ERP-side order and material processes.
If your team plans to implement a specific ERP integration, continue with a dedicated ERP integration solution, field-mapping design, and interface design documentation.
