Configure quick receivable automation rules
Quick Receivable automation rules provide a simplified Account Receivable Bill creation entry on Contract or Order details pages. They operate independently of the Quick Receivables master switch.
Before you start
- Identify the fields that Sales Contracts and Sales Orders need to map to Account Receivable Bills.
- Define the applicable conditions, maximum installment count, and allocation logic for each business line.
Procedure
- Go to Setup > Business Rule Management > Receivable and Payable Management > Quick Receivable Automation Rules.
- Turn on the automation rules master switch.
- In the field mapping area, map Sales Order and Sales Contract fields to Account Receivable Bill fields.
- Select the applicable rule object and configure a Sales Order or Sales Contract rule.
- Click New Rule.
- Enter the rule name and applicable conditions.
- Set the maximum installment count and allocation logic.
- Click Save.

Rule limits
- Configure separate rules for Sales Orders and Sales Contracts.
- Each rule can include a name, applicable conditions, and a maximum installment count.
- The system supports a maximum of 10 rules.
Verification results
Open a Contract or Order details page that meets the applicable conditions and confirm that it displays the quick creation entry. Enter the core receivable information and confirm that the system generates the allocation result according to the rule.
[!NOTE] If business users can only select a source on the Account Receivable Bill page, check the Quick Receivables source configuration. Automation rules primarily control the quick entry on Contract or Order details pages.
