Overview of income management configuration
Income Management configuration controls Account Receivable Bill creation entries, automatic receivable triggers, Quick Receivables rules, and settlement sources. After you complete the configuration, business users follow the Business Process to create Account Receivable Bills through the end-user workflow, while the system can automatically generate Account Receivable Bills for periodic business.

User impact after configuration
- After you turn off a source option, business users no longer see the corresponding entry when they create an Account Receivable Bill.
- When a Quick Receivable automation rule matches, the Contract or Order details page can display a quick creation entry.
- After periodic automatic receivables take effect, the Workflow creates Account Receivable Bills for eligible Contract Products or Order Products.
- Settlement source configuration affects the sources that users can select and the fields displayed on Settlement Forms.
Configuration sequence
- Confirm that the tenant has enabled Receivable Management.
- Configure Quick Receivables and data source entries.
- Configure Quick Receivable automation rules as needed.
- Configure periodic automatic receivables for subscription-based business.
- Configure settlement sources for actual-delivery settlement business.
