Create Joined Report

1. Configuration Process of Joined Report

  • New Entry: On the report list page, the CRM administrator or report administrator can select "New Joined Report" under "New".

1.1 Select Source Report

  • Select Association Type: single-select
    • Left Association: All the data in the left source report is displayed, and the right source report will only display data that meets the association conditions, and fill in the gaps where the data in the right source report is insufficient.
    • Inner Association: combine the data in the selected source reports that meet the join conditions.
    • Outer Association: display all the data in the selected source report, and fill in the blanks for data that does not meet the association conditions in each report.
    • Vertical Splicing: the data (including duplicate data rows) of the two tables are spliced ​​together.
  • Select Source Report: the optional range is taken from the report list (remove the combined table type)
    • Left Association: first select a left source report, and then select 0 to 4 right source reports;
    • Other Association Types: select 1 to 5 source tables.

1.2 Select Public dimension

It is used for data matching when combining reports, and to select the same group or detail fields from the source report.

1.3 Select Data Range

The final data of joined report is affected by the filter conditions in each source report. If it is not added, it will not be displayed, but the filter will still take effect.

  • Public Data Range: select filter conditions from two or more source tables to add, and only one source table can be selected at a time, and the filter conditions will take effect in their respective source tables after adding.
  • Data Range: Add filter conditions from each source table, and the filter conditions will take effect in each source table after adding.
  • Special Filter Conditions: the filter method that is not currently supported by the report, special implementation of the table spelling: comparison of field values, deduplication of data according to the specified date field.

1.4 Header Name & Sorting

Display public dimensions and other header fields of the source report. Users can drag and drop the order, rename, hide headers, edit, add and delete calculation measures, and other operations.

1.5 Composite Header

Users can add new rows on the basic table header and perform cell operations to divide the area into group display, so as to view the data better.

1.6 Joined Report Saving

After the joined report is saved, it currently supports subscribing, moving, renaming the report and forwarding.
