BI Components in the Channel Portal

1. Web page

The BI components supported by the web channel portal include:

  • Basic components: filter;
  • Business components: charts.

1.1 Configuration process

The BI component can be used when you click the new template in the background management > interconnection management > channel portal management.

1.1.1 Filters

Only one per home page can be added when configuring the filter component in the channel portal.

  • Component settings
    • Whether the preset chart needs global filtering: whether employee and date in the preset chart are affected by global filtering can be configured;
    • Whether global filtering is required for custom charts: You can configure whether employees and date in custom charts are affected by global filtering;
    • Global filter default value settings: you can set the default value of the global filter, whether to allow users to change the filter conditions;
      • Staff: You can configure Individual, All and Department I am in charge of as default values;
      • Date: A certain date or a certain period of time can be configured as the default value;
    • Added components can be deleted in the operation area;
    • Note: Personnel screening is the external person in charge of the screening chart;

1.1.2 Charts

After dragging the Chart component, you need to select the previously created chart, and you can select up to 10 charts each time.

  • Note: The optional chart scope of the chart component in each interconnected application is the statistical chart created based on the theme of the downstream visible object set in the interconnected application and the analysis main business module is the report of the downstream visible object.
  • Component settings
    • Component height: The height of the added chart component can be configured;
    • The display name of the added component can be modified in the operation area;
    • Added components can be deleted in the operation area;

2. Mobile terminal

The mobile channel portal supports the same BI components as the web page, including:

  • Basic components: filter;
  • Business components: charts.
