1. Definition of Data Dashboards
The data dashboard is a data center that provides "one-stop" decision support for enterprise management. Based on the capabilities of BI reports and statistical charts, it summarizes key indicators of enterprise operations and intuitively monitors enterprise operations. The data cockpit can provide enterprises with high-value, personalized real-time data display forms. We preset commonly used statistical charts and more detailed index data for users. Users can connect the large screen to reflect the operation status inside and outside the enterprise in real time, provide powerful data support for enterprise decision-making, and upgrade enterprise management decision-making to a new level.
2. Advantages of Data Dashboards
- Good Looks: cool color matching brings comfortable visual experience
- Large Capacity: Support up to 15 modules to be displayed on the same large screen, with super information carrying capacity, showing the charm of data to the extreme
- More Flexible: Custom report statistics can be added arbitrarily, drag-and-drop free layout, fast visual presentation
3. Category of Data Dashboards
The data dashboard is divided into personal type and enterprise type. The solution scenario of the enterprise type is: employees do not have data permissions, but need to gain insight into the data situation through the large screen. When saving a new dashboard, you can select the data dashboard type.
3.1 Personal Dashboards
- Definition: The data dashboard created by ordinary employees or administrators (CRM administrators, report administrators), and ⌈personal type⌋ is selected to save when saving.
- Function Permissions: All roles have the permission to create, view, share, edit or save as, and the personal type cockpit shared to me by others can be saved as.
- Data Permissions: Use the viewer's personal data permission. If A shares it with B, B will use B's data permissions when viewing it. Support drill down, view details, global filter.
3.2 Enterprise Dashboards
- Definition: only the data dashboard created by administrators (CRM administrators, report administrators), and ⌈enterprise type⌋ is selected to save when saving.
- Function Permissions: only administrators (CRM administrators/report administrators) can create, edit, and authorize, and other roles can view (not editable) the enterprise dashboard after being authorized by the administrator.
- Data Permissions: use the data permissions of the authorizer. If the administrator shares it with B, B will use the administrator's data permission when viewing it. (Data range can be constrained by global filter). Drilling down, viewing details, and global filtering are not supported (only administrators support global filtering).
