1. Operation of target value

1.1 Examples of business scenarios - assessors

Configure the target value for the target rule "Appraiser's Order Performance". For the configuration of the target rule, please refer to Configure Target Rules business scenario 1.

  1. Menu entry: Target
  • Note: This menu entry can only be seen if the role has the "View List" permission of "Target Value";
  • Select the target rule to be configured in "Target Rules", click the row of the target rule to enter the "Target Value Configuration" page;
  1. Target value configuration:
  • The system automatically initializes to generate an empty target value, so there is no need to create a new one;
  • Batch edit rows, edit columns, or edit a certain cell;
  • Quarter is the automatic summary of the month, and the year is the automatic summary of the quarter;
  • The summary target can be quickly filled as the department target, and the target value applicable to the department is equal to the summary target value, which can be quickly filled without manual input;
  • Support to delete the target value of "deactivated" employees, deleting the target value of employees will not affect the target value of the department;
  1. Target value import:
  • If the target value is added in batches, the operation process, import-download the data template-after setting the target value in the Excel file, click Import-upload the Excel file to add;
  • If you just want to modify the target values ​​of some people or departments in some months in batches, the recommended operation process is: first export all the existing data, based on the exported data, make changes, and then import. It should be noted that: there is space in the data value, the target value is also updated.
  1. Lock: After setting the target value, the CRM administrator and target administrator can perform the lock operation. After locking, ordinary employees except the CRM administrator and target administrator will no longer be able to modify the target value;
  2. Export: the target value provides the export operation;
  3. Modification records: target values ​​provide modification records to resolve disputed target value changes;
  4. View rules: You can view the basic information of the defined target rules.

1.2 Examples of business scenarios - assessing customers

Configure the target value for the target rule "Assess Customer Sales". For the configuration of the target rule, please refer to Configure Target Rules business scenario 2.

  1. Target value import: **If the number of customers is large, it is recommended to import the data into the system after setting the target value in offline Excel. **
  • Added import, supports two data identification methods
    • Unique ID: When the customer name of the enterprise is allowed to be repeated, this method can be selected, and the customer ID needs to be written in the file (the customer ID can be exported to the customer list page and obtained in batches) to determine the uniqueness of the customer;
    • Main attribute: When the customer name of the enterprise is not allowed to be repeated, this method can be selected, and the uniqueness of the customer will be determined by the customer name; the system will not import customers with duplicate customer names.
  • Updated imports:
    • Suggested operation process: (1) First, through "New" on the target value page, add the customers who need to be assessed by checking; (2) "Update import" - download the template, at this time the template no longer needs to manually add customers Name; (3) After setting the target value offline, just import it;
    • The main attribute refers to the three columns of target rule + fiscal year + customer name to uniquely determine a row of target value data;

2.1 Operation authority

2.1.1 Editing

  • The target value can be set uniformly by Target Administrator, the role is preset by the system;
  • The target value can also be configured by ordinary employees, depending on the configuration of "Allow individuals to modify targets" in the corresponding rule;
    • First: If the role of an employee does not have the "Edit" permission for the target value object, no matter whether "Allow individuals to modify the target" is checked in the rule, they cannot be edited;
    • Second: When the role of the employee has the "edit" permission of the target value object
      • "Allow individuals to modify targets" is checked on the rules
        • Ordinary employees can edit their own goals, superiors can edit the goals of subordinates, and department heads can edit the goals of employees under the department and the goals of the department;
        • Superiors and department heads can edit the goals that they have permission, including the goal value of the "personnel" shared to me;
      • "Allow individuals to modify goals" is not checked in the rules
        • Ordinary employees cannot edit their own goals (including superiors and department heads, and cannot set goals for themselves), superiors can edit the goals of subordinates, department heads can set goals for employees under the department (the head of the department cannot set goals for themselves department set goals)
        • The person in charge of the superior department can set goals for the subordinate department;
        • It is not possible to edit the goal value of "People" shared with me;

2.1.2 Import and export

You can configure the "target value" "import" and "export" permissions of the role.

2.2 Data permissions

2.2.1 Whose target value can be seen

It is determined by the data of what object "personnel"/"customer"/"product"/"partner" object is visible;

  • Personnel: In addition to organizational structure permissions (visible to my subordinates, the department I am responsible for and sub-departments), it also includes the "personnel" object data shared with me, and the target value data of the person can be obtained by sharing "personnel" Authority; Scenario example: If Ye Mingzhu is not the person in charge of the sales department and needs to see the target value and completion value of the sales department, then you can share the "personnel" data of the sales department with Ye Mingzhu, then Ye Mingzhu The target value of the sales department can be seen on the target value list page, and the target value and completion value of the sales department can also be seen in the statistical chart.
  • Customer: What customers can be seen on the customer list page, you can see the target value of this customer;
  • Product: What customers can be seen on the product list page, and the target value of this product can be seen;
  • Partners: What customers can be seen on the partner list page, and the target value of this partner can be seen;

2.2.2 What target rules can be seen

I, my subordinates, and the department I am in charge of are within the applicable scope and have target rules for the "personnel"/"customer"/"product" target value that I can see, but I can only view the target value data for which I have data permissions under the rule .

3. Target administrator role

  • Employees with the "target administrator role" can see all the target rules and target values ​​of the company at the front desk, and are operable, applicable to the scenario where the target setting of the company is uniformly set by a dedicated person;
  • If you need this role to have the "Target Rules" authority of the background management at the same time, to manage the target rules, you can add a management role under the role authority management > management function authority, configure the "Target Rules" authority, and assign this role to the target administrator.
