II. ShareCRM Target Management Process

  1. Configure Target Rules: Define assessment dimensions (Dept./person, Account, Products, partners), assessment indicators, fiscal year, and assessment cycle, corresponding to S, R, T in the SMART methodology.
  2. Set Target Values: Establish achievable target values, corresponding to A in the SMART methodology.
  3. Completion Analysis: Support on-demand configuration of target Statistic Charts to measure target achievement, corresponding to M in the SMART methodology.

III. System Usage Process Description

Once the enterprise determines its target management strategy, it can follow the process below in the system:
  1. The CRM administrator creates new target rules under the Management > Business Rules Management > Target Rules menu, determining the target assessment objects, assessment dimensions, indicators, fiscal year, cycle, and applicable scope. After confirming no adjustments are needed, activate the target rules; see Configure Target Rules.
  2. Employees set target values under the “Target” menu, either individually or by the Target Administrator collectively; Note: Rules not activated are not visible here; see Set Target Values.
  3. Employees can analyze completion status under the preset Dashboard, including “Personnel Target Completion,” “Account Target Completion,” “Products Target Completion,” or customize Statistic Charts as needed; see Target Completion Analysis.
