  1. Configure target rules: define assessment dimensions (department/person, customer, product, partner), assessment dimensions, assessment indicators, assessment fiscal year, and assessment cycle, which correspond to S, R, and T in the SMART methodology.
  2. Set the target value: set an appropriate achievable target value, corresponding to A in the SMART methodology.
  3. Completion status analysis: Supports on-demand configuration of target statistical charts to measure target achievement, corresponding to M in the SMART methodology.

3. System usage process description

After the enterprise determines the target management strategy, it can be used in the system according to the following process:

  1. The CRM administrator creates a new target rule under the target rule menu of Management > Business Rules Management > to determine the target assessment object, assessment dimension, assessment indicator, assessment fiscal year, assessment cycle, scope of application, etc. After confirming that no adjustment is required, Enable target rules; see Configure target rules
