For example, the sales supervisor subscribes to the “Statistics of Customer Visits” report and sets the push at 8 am on the 1st of each month, so that the sales supervisor can receive the visits from customers in the previous month on time at the beginning of each month, find problems in time and solve them as soon as possible.

3. Description of subscription space
- The space available for each enterprise is limited. Report administrators and CRM administrators can see how much space has been used, the total available space, and the size of each subscription and each pushed file on the subscription management page.
- When the available space is less than 1G, the system will give a prompt on the subscription management page, and push the enterprise letter to the report administrator and subscription creator.
- For enterprises that have exceeded the total available space (the system will push a reminder message), the report administrator needs to delete the historical files to reclaim the space, otherwise the push will not be received, and the deletion cannot be restored. The file can be exported and retained first, and then deleted. When the used space is less than the total available space, subsequent pushes will be performed normally (files that have not been pushed before will not be pushed).
