Feeds, shares, and announcements FAQ
Where do “@my” and “myreply” come from?
“@My” comes from the @ in the text posted by others or in their replies; “My Replies” is used to view the replies received to the information you posted, as well as the replies you sent yourself.
After selecting a department as the Cc Scope, will the Cc Scope of existing content be updated if department members change?
No. When publishing, the system will parse the department into the specific personnel at that time. Subsequent changes in department members will not modify the Cc Scope of the historical content.
Will I definitely receive a reminder after being copied?
No. Cc means that the target person is allowed to know the content, and is not the same as @, receipt or to-do reminder.
Can the Feeds menu order and page layout be adjusted?
No. Feeds modules and components use fixed layout. Organizations can control whether to display the Feeds entry point through the main navigation configuration.
Why does the associated business data display “–”?
This field is configured in the page layout, but the associated business data is not filled in when publishing content, so the page displays the field name but no field value.
What are the current limitations of Collaborative Rich Text 2.0?
- The mobile version does not support emoticons, adding topics and adding votes.
- Web attachments do not support batch downloading.
- Tables in rich text do not support table templates and table query exports.
- Rich text does not support underlines.
Why is the previously filled in data automatically brought out when creating content?
When Feeds creates a report, Sales Record, share or announcement, the corresponding draft that was last saved in the draft box will be loaded. Content, Cc Scope and associated business data should be checked before publishing.
Can the announcement be edited after it is published?
After an organization activates the phased-release feature Administrators can edit announcements, administrators can edit published object-based announcements. When it is not activated, the display should be hidden, voided, or republished according to the actual status.
Can I check the specific people who have read and unread the announcement?
No. Object-based Announcements do not provide read and unread recipient lists. To confirm receipt, configure the receipt range when publishing the Announcement.
What are the Feeds restrictions for organizations with EI greater than 772227?
Feeds and work information currently do not support PK assistant, sales process, project tasks, attention, reminders, topics, rewards, forwarding, group notifications, CRM information and printing.
