1. Scene Description
1) Manage content in groups according to different channels, purposes or departments, etc., and set group permissions so that employees within the scope of permissions can see the corresponding group content.
2) The marketing staff will put the content that needs to be promoted or daily promoted to the top, so that other employees can quickly promote it.
3) Select content by grouping in the content selection scene. For example, when articles are needed for making micro-pages, find suitable articles by grouping.
2. Function Introduction
1.1 Top
In the content center, you can select the content to be set to the top, and the content after the top is set to the top in the mobile terminal and the content selector.
1.2 Group
Click the [Manage] button on the content center group to manage the group and set the group of materials in the operation bar.
1.3 Permissions
Click the [Manage] button on the content center group to set permissions for the group. Only employees within the scope of authority can see the corresponding group content.
Permissions use CRM account permissions. If employees do not have a CRM account, they cannot see the content of permissions.
