Automatically Generate Event Appointment Registration Promotion Content

It supports the use of multiple sets of templates to meet the needs of different event scenes to generate different registration content, while avoiding repetitive operations and improving content production efficiency.

1. Scene Description

In different event scenes, the registration forms used are also different. For example, event 1 and 2 use registration form A to collect only the account's name and phone number, event 3 and 4 use registration form B to collect the account's name, phone number and email address, and event 5, 6 and 7 use registration form C to collect the account's name, phone number, email address and job title, the commonly used registration forms A, B, and C can be used as templates. When creating a new event, you can select the template and generate a corresponding registration form with event content.

2. New Form Template

Go to System Settings > Marketing Campaign Settings > Marketing Scene Registration Form Settings to create a new registration form template for live marketing or conference marketing. Click the [+Add Registration Form Template] button to copy one more default registration form template.
Click [Edit] to enter the micro-page editing page, where you can edit the template.
Click [Set as Default Template] to select this template by default every time a new event is created; click [Delete] to delete this template; click [Set Form Leads Default Mapping] to set the mapping from template form registration information to CRM field.

3. When Creating New Event, Select Template and Automatically Generate Content

When creating a new event, you can select a template, and combine the filled event information to automatically generate [Event Content], and splice it with [Form Template Content] to form the final [Appointment Registration] promotion content.
