Account Moments Management

Administrators can create posting tasks in moments. After members confirm the content, they can post it to moments. Each account's moments can display up to 4 pieces of company-published content per month. Before posting, please ensure that relevant employees have the application permission of WeCom moments , otherwise you cannot receive notifications from moments.

Related Data Statistics Description:

1. Limit the number of WeChat users less than 4 times: the total number of moments received by the current account from the dimension of friends added by employees is displayed as the number of 4 times, and follow-up moments can also be made 1. Total Number of Moments: the total number of people who received and sent moments tasks this month. For example, employee A received 3 tasks and sent them 2 times, and employee B received 4 tasks and sent them 3 times. The cumulative number of employee sendings is 5 times 2. Total Number of Reached Accounts: the cumulative number of reached accounts is the sum of the number of friends added by the employees who have released moments

Set sending configuration items, support binding marketing campaigns, sending regularly, etc.

1. Marketing Campaigns: All promotions need to be associated with marketing campaigns, which can be used for later marketing campaign statistics, which campaign sent this moment, how many leads it brought, etc.

2. Promotion Title: only used for background recording

3. Sending Scope: Support sending moments promotion tasks to all employees, designated employees and designated departments, or designated WeCom tag accounts

4. Published Content: support pure text, text + picture, text + video, text + H5 combined material push, and the content supports external content and E-Marketing content

5. Sending Time: After sending immediately, click Save to send the moments task. Employees will receive the push task notification from moments on the WeCom terminal, and click the send button to send it to moments. Sending regularly is to do task push at specified time

Click the moments content list in the moments push list, and the sending details on the right side will pop up, sliding sideways, displaying the moments task details, supporting viewing of sent and unsent employees, and sending task reminders to employees, and the reminders will be sent through【Marketing Assistant】in WeCom.
