Binding WeCom requires that your company has opened a WeCom account. If you do not have a WeCom account, you need to register a WeCom on the WeCom Official Website.
Before starting the connection, please confirm whether the following preparations have been made:
  • If you have your own enterprise mini program, and you have been authorized to bind the company's own WeChat mini program in E-Marketing, and the approval has been completed (must be bound and approved)
  • During the configuration process, the WeCom administrator needs to scan the code to authorize
  • During the configuration process, the administrator of the WeChat mini program needs to scan the code to authorize
  • If you need to open up the unique identity of official account fans, mini program visitors, and WeCom accounts, you need to apply for the same subject's WeChat public platform account in advance, and bind the official account and mini program on it to obtain the unique ID of WeChat: unionid ( It is strongly recommended, otherwise the sidebar marketing moments cannot be displayed in association)

Before You Connect

Description of WeCom Charges:
Since WeCom opened the interface fee authorization mode on May 16, 2022, it is necessary to authorize each employee account of WeCom. Without authorization, the task notification cannot be reached, and the data synchronization of accounts and account groups is incomplete. There will be 3 months of free usage time for the first installation. After the expiration, it will prompt that the application is unavailable. Before installation, you can consult your account manager whether you have purchased sufficient quota.
Description of the impact when the employee account is unauthorized or invalid
1. If the employee is the only person who added a certain account, the account information cannot be synchronized to the marketing channel WeChat credit list, and the operation contact cannot be done later. 2. If the employee is the group owner, the account group cannot be synchronized, and account group-related operations cannot be performed later. 3. When this employee uses the [Marketing Assistant] and [Full Marketing Mini Program] on the sidebar of WeCom, it will be blocked by the WeChat system of the enterprise, showing that it is not authorized. Description of Authorization Mechanism
1. At present, the system automatically authorizes employee accounts by first accessing the application. For example, [Marketing Assistant] authorization is visible to the whole company. When any employee accesses the application, it will first check whether the current employee is authorized. If not authorized, it will query the number of authorized accounts that the current company has purchased. , if there is sufficient quota, the employee will be automatically authorized. If there is no authorized account available, the employee will be blocked from accessing the application.
2. If an enterprise has installed multiple applications of ShareCRM at the same time, such as [ShareCRM Marketing Assistant] [ShareCRM  CRM] [ShareCRM Agent Development Application], only one authorization quota will be occupied when authorizing, and other applications will be used later. For direct access, it should be noted that, for example, you only bought 100 accounts for the sales department to use the [ShareCRM CRM] application, but at the same time installed [ShareCRM Marketing Assistant]. If the employees of non-sales department used [ShareCRM Marketing Assistant], the purchased 100 account quota will be occupied. Please set the visible range of the application reasonably or purchase sufficient authorized accounts
3. If an employee account is authorized due to misoperation, or if an employee resigns later, you can contact ShareCRM customer service to transfer the authorized account
Description of Replacement of Full Promotion Contacts
After clicking [Connect WeCom], the range of employees promoted by all employees in the marketing channel and the employee list on the employee business card will be switched to the employee data in the visible range of the application set by WeCom. At this time, all promotions will be based on the WeCom contacts. As a standard, when the promotion task is issued to all employees later, the selected delivery range will be pushed to the selected employees of WeCom by default, and the promotion notification may not be received on the APP side. Since the ShareCRM contacts and WeCom contacts need an identity association action, those associated will also be received on the APP side. If you just want to experience the related functions of WeCom, click to activate the ability of WeCom. At this time, the system will switch to the WeCom contacts by default. If you still use the APP to promote, you can contact the account manager to let the production and research students manually switch. (Recent versions support manual switching)

1. Enable WeCom & Install Marketing Applications

After logging in to the background of E-Marketing and clicking the [WeCom SCRM] menu, click the [Connect WeCom] button on the page to initiate the application connection. If you have any questions during the activation process, you can click the Contact Product Consultant button on the right to consult specific installation matters.
After clicking [Connect WeCom], the system is initializing and opening WeCom marketing. Wait for about 5 seconds, it will prompt that the connection is successful, and all the SCRM menus on the left will be displayed.
At this time, click the [System Settings] menu at the bottom of the left menu, enter [Channel Management > WeCom Management > Settings] and click the [WeCom Connection QR Code] button to let the WeCom administrator use the WeCom APP to scan the code to install E-Marketing app.
After scanning the QR code, follow the prompts to install the application. E-Marketing will currently install two applications (the test application used in the figure below, the official application name is ShareCRM Marketing Assistant, and ShareCRM Marketing Assistant-Mini Program). When installing, the default install button will be set to gray, first click on the top application to uncheck it and then check it again, click the install button, and follow the prompts to install. After authorization, you will receive a prompt message to install the application.
After scanning the code, wait for the marketing consultant of ShareCRM to develop and configure the application. If the time is relatively urgent, you can scan the QR code below and contact the consultant directly for quick installation.
During the installation process, the consultant will issue authorization notifications for the two applications to the WeCom administrator, which requires the administrator to perform authorization processing. Click to confirm the authorization to complete the application binding (it must be authorized, otherwise some data cannot be synchronized).
When binding the marketing mini program, the marketing consultant will provide you with an authorization code for the mini program. Please use the exclusive mini program bound in the background of the marketing platform to scan the code to bind. If you cannot apply for the exclusive mini-program due to industry restrictions, please inform the marketing consultant that you can use the public mini-program for marketing. (It is strongly recommended to apply for an enterprise-specific mini-program, such as an enterprise-specific logo, mini-program micro-site, enterprise micro, official account, mini-program identity interoperability and other capabilities that are only available in exclusive mini-programs)
Finally, wait for the application approval. After the approval is passed, you will receive a notification that the installation is complete. At this time, enter the self-built application list again, check the currently installed marketing assistant application (two applications), and click Details to set the visible range of the application (must be set, otherwise employee data cannot be synchronized), there is no limit on the number of users in the first three months of free period, and the entire company can be selected. After three months, the WeCom interface will be charged, and the visible range of the application needs to be set reasonably.
After all the above configurations are completed, go back to the background of E-Marketing and visit [System Settings] > [Channel Settings] > [WeCom Settings] > [Settings] After entering the page, click [Synchronize Accounts/Account Groups] and [Synchronize Contacts] button . Wait for 1 minute, and enter the [WeCom SCRM] menu to check whether there is any information about WeCom accounts and employees. If there is data, the generation development application binding has been completed.

2. Configure Marketing Assistant Sidebar

The sidebar of the marketing assistant is mainly used for one-on-one chatting, quickly pushing materials, receiving full promotion tasks, tagging, and viewing recent account behaviors.
2.1 Enter the WeCom management background, enter Accounts & Upstream & Downstream > Chat Tools > Chat Tool Bar Management;
2.2 Click on the New Configuration Application > Select Application > Self-built Application > ShareCRM Marketing Assistant;
2.3 Click Next to enter the configuration page, the page name: Marketing Assistant, select Custom for the page content, and the page address is obtained in the background of E-Marketing [System Settings] > [Channel Settings] > [WeCom Settings].
2.4 After clicking Confirm, it is recommended to move the order of marketing assistants up for ease of use, and finally go to the PC and mobile terminal for verification.

3. Bind WeChat Public Platform

By binding the WeChat development platform, obtain the user's unique identity unionId, and open up the identities of WeCom accounts, mini program visitors, and official service account fans. Binding the WeChat public platform requires your company to have registered and authenticated the WeChat public platform account. If there is no public platform account, you need to register at Public Platform Official Website.
The above three channels do not have to be all bound. For example, if there is no service account, you only need to bind the mini program on the public platform, and then bind the mini program to WeCom. But you can only get through the identities of mini program users and WeCom accounts, and so on.
3.1 Bind Official Accounts and Mini Programs to WeChat Public Platform
Visit WeChat Public Platform Official Website, click on the upper right corner to log in and bind the mini program and official account. If you have not registered before, you need to click the register button to register first.
If you have not completed the certification, click to perform the developer production certification. After the certification process, you can bind the official account and the mini program.
After the authentication is passed, click [Public Account] and [Mini Program] under [Management Center]. During the binding process, the login account password of the official account is required, and you need to prepare in advance to bind the official account and mini program
3.2 Bind Mini Programs or Official Accounts to WeCom
Log in to the WeCom management background, click [Account & Upstream & Downstream > Account > API > WeChat Developer ID > Bind] and click to use the mini program or official account administrator to authorize the binding. After the code scanning authorization is completed, all identity binding is completed.
3.3 Verify Identity & Get through
Basic Logic:
After binding the public platform, the mini program users and WeChat fans will return the unionid field, and support querying the associated WeCom accounts through this ID. This field is used to identify the same WeChat account.
1. When the official account is initially bound or a WeChat fan is added later, the fan unionid will be synchronized and stored in the WeChat user object. Before the data is stored for the first time, it will check whether there are any users with the same unionid among the historical mini program users, and if so, associate identities.
2. Each time the mini program visitor authorizes access, the current mini program user unionid will be stored. At the same time, it will also check whether there are any users with the same unionid among the fans of the official account and WeCom accounts, and if there are, they will be associated with the identity.
3. When fans of the official account authorize access to the content of E-Marketing, they will obtain the unionid of the fans of the current official account (no perceptual authorization), and use this ID to query the fans of the official account and WeCom accounts, and associate the users of the mini program, fans of the official account with WeCom account identity.
4. When WeCom is initially bound, WeCom will not return the unionid parameter, so the identity will not automatically communicate with fans and mini-program users after binding, and accounts need to associate their identities in the process of accessing official accounts and mini-programs later. .

Ways of Identifying:
1. Send materials to external contacts through the sidebar of WeCom. After the external contact visits the mini program, there will be access behavior data in the marketing moments of the sidebar, which proves that the identity of the mini program user and the WeCom account has been connected.
2. Push a public account content link to the test fans. After the test fans visit, check the marketing user details page to see if there is a corresponding value between WeChat users and WeCom accounts in other information. If there is value, open up the identity of WeCom accounts and fans
3. Check whether there are mini-program and official account channel access records in the marketing moments. If there are both, it proves that the identity of the mini-program user and the official account have been associated. Combining the above steps, you can see the mini-program users, fans of the official account.
