Scene Description: In the scene where a large number of accounts need to be brought into the group for marketing campaigns, in order to prevent insufficient preparation of the WeChat group and the inability of accounts to join the group, an initial WeChat group can be established. After the WeChat group reaches 200 people, when the account scans the live code, a new group will be automatically created and the accounts will be imported into the new WeChat group.
Value Description: Solve the limitation of the number of people and the time limit of group chat QR codes on WeChat, reduce traffic loss, and improve operation and management efficiency.
(1) Go to [WeCom Marketing] > [Group Live Code] to create a new WeCom group live code.
(2) Fill in the live code name and select a group chat to join. A common scene is to first create an initial group on WeCom, select it here, and set it to automatically create a new group, then subsequent accounts will automatically create a new group after scanning the QR code and entering the group with 200 people. A live code can add up to 5 group chats, including the selected initial group and the new group created by subsequent self-creation. The automatically created group name is prefixed with a serial number, such as [VIP Group 10], and the serial number of the subsequent group name will increase.
(3) Since the group live code can only add up to 5 group chats, you only need to remove to less than 5 group chats from the group live code, and then you can automatically create a group, so as to achieve the goal of building unlimited groups.
