3. If there is a mini program before, please make sure that the function of the previous mini program is no longer used before binding. After binding, it will overwrite the previous function of the mini program, affecting the original business. If there is still business use, please apply for a new mini program to bind.

2. Log in to ShareCRM, visit [E-Marketing] - [Mini Program Microsite] - [Overview] or [Mini Program Settings], click [Upgrade to Enterprise Exclusive Mini Program], and ask for Mini Program administrator to scan the code for authorization on the opened authorization page.

3. After going back to [Mini Program Microsite] - [Mini Program Settings], click the [Submit for Approval] button to submit the Mini Program code of the latest E-Marketing version to WeChat for approval.

The WeChat approval can usually be completed within a few hours. While waiting for the version approval of the WeChat Mini Program, please go to [Mini Program Microsite] - [Company Official Website] to complete the construction of the mini program homepage;

Note: The home page of the Mini Program is the page viewed by end accounts when they visit the Mini Program. The company's official website defaults to the Mini Program home page. Before designing the content of the mini program microsite, you can configure a relatively simple company introduction on the company's official website as a transition.

1. Please scan the authorization code, and when selecting the public platform account, correctly select the "mini program" type account.

2. In order to ensure the normal use of all functions, you need to confirm the permissions to be authorized when authorizing. In order to ensure that various functions can be used normally after authorization, please authorize all permission sets to ShareCRM and do not modify them. Especially "open platform permissions", "web page authorization" and "user management permissions", if not authorized, it may result in the inability to obtain user information, and the inability to connect between mini programs and official accounts.

3. One WeChat Mini Program can only be authorized to one ShareCRM application (such as E-Marketing, E-Ordering or E-Service).

4. When the type of the mini program changes, or the permission authorization needs to be readjusted, it can be re-authorized. Note: The re-authorized mini program must be a previously authorized mini program, and other mini programs cannot be used, otherwise the authorization will fail; if you need to use other mini programs, you need to unbind the current mini program first.

5. For uncertified mini programs, please complete the certification before authorizing them to ShareCRM.

6. If there is a bound official account on the ShareCRM platform, it is better that the bound mini program is the same subject as the official account, otherwise the mini program and the official account cannot jump and share data.

7. After authorization, you also need to select the function version of the mini program to be released. After the WeChat approval is successful, you can get the QR code of the mini program version.

8. After the mini program has a new version, it will remind you to update the new version, but if the mini program is under approval, the update reminder will be skipped. When the mini program is not the latest version, the latest version will appear and you need to submit it manually code to the latest version. The approval status of the new version does not affect the version that is normally used online.

9. After the release of the Mini Program version fails, the "Resubmit" review button will appear, and you can manually re-click to submit for approval.
