Notes before binding:
- Binding the WeChat official account to ShareCRM needs to be operated by the CRM administrator;
- During the binding process of the WeChat official account, the WeChat administrator must authorize;
- Binding of subscription accounts and uncertified service accounts is not supported;
1. Access [E-Marketing] - [Official Account Marketing], click [Bind Official Account] to go to the WeChat official account docking page.
2. Click [WeChat Official Account Authorization] on the WeChat official account docking page to enter the account authorization page of the WeChat official account platform.
3. The administrator who is bound with the official account can complete the authorization on the account authorization page of the WeChat official account platform by scanning the code on WeChat to successfully bind the official account.
In order to be able to use marketing pass for official account marketing normally, please make sure to authorize the following permissions:
- Message management permissions
- Custom menu permissions
- Web service permissions
- Group sending and notification permissions
- User management rights
- Account service permissions
- Material management permissions
- WeChat multi-customer management
- WeChat coupon permission
- Applet management permissions4. After the official account administrator completes the authorization and confirms the docking information, click the [Create] button in the upper right corner to complete the docking and binding.
5. After closing the WeChat official account docking page, go to [E-Marketing] - [Official Account Marketing] to select the official account just authorized to complete the binding.
6. After the official account binding is completed, the system will automatically synchronize the fan data of the official account to the WeChat user, and the label of the WeChat official account to [User Operations] - [Tag Portrait] under the corresponding official account group.
How to bind more official accounts to ShareCRM
The system administrator can bind more official accounts to ShareCRM in the ShareCRM management background - Interconnection management - [WeChat Official Account].
