1. Function Permissions

E-Marketing is a business application in ShareCRM. If you want to add other marketers to E-Marketing, you can do the following:
Add user members, access [E-Marketing] - [System Settings], enter [Permission Management], add marketers in [User Members], and assign corresponding functional permissions of Marketing Communication to access Marketing Communication.
Among them, the administrator of the E-Marketing application is the super administrator of E-Marketing, and the user does not need to be set as an application administrator. The permissions of other roles can be viewed in 【Role Permissions】.

2. Data Permissions

2.1 Data Permissions for Marketing Campaigns & Sales Leads

The role in the user is the function permission of E-Marketing, and the data permission of marketing campaigns and sales leads follows the platform business data permission. If settings are required, the system administrator needs to perform unified settings in the CRM management background - data management.

2.2 Full Promotion Data Permissions

Background Management: If it's not set, all management users can view the promotion statistics of the entire company by default. After setting, only the data within the scope of permission can be viewed in the promotion statistics of all employees.
ShareCRM APP: If it is not set, the superior will see the subordinates by default, and the subordinates will see their own promotion statistical results. After setting, only the data within the scope of permission can be viewed in the promotion briefing.
If you need to set full promotion data permissions for an employee or a certain department, click [Full Promotion Data Permission], click [New Specified Employee Data Permission], and assign the corresponding employee/department full promotion data permissions.
