1. Visit [Automation Marketing], click [Create Automation Process] to enter the page for creating an automation process.

2. On the new automation process page, you can select an existing marketing process template or create a blank process according to your own business needs.

Take the example of welcoming new followers of the official account:

Fill in the basic information of the process: name and description, click [Next] in the upper right corner to enter the process design page

Design the process according to business needs, click [Save & Publish] in the upper right corner to start the process

3. After the process is designed, click on the process name in [Automation Marketing] - [Process List] to view the running status of process users;
