1. Manage Tags & Tag Groups
Visit [User Operations] - [Tag Portrait] - [User Tag Management] - [Settings] to enter the E-Marketing tag management, where you can manage tags and tag groups. It is recommended that enterprises set up the tags to be used in advance here;


2. Use Tags
- Use tags in official account marketing scenes
A corresponding behavior or content tag can be set when the user scans the channel QR code to follow the official account or when the official account replies to the corresponding keyword;

- Set the corresponding behavior tag after the user submits the form

- Trigger tagging based on specific behavior in the trigger
