1. Set Target Population

1) Access [User Operations] - [Target Group], click [+New Target Group], and select the type of target group as needed:
* Static crowd There is no need to specify the rules for creating a group, and users can be added or removed from the group freely, which is suitable for scenarios with fine-grained control over group members * Dynamic crowd After specifying the rules for creating a crowd, users who meet the rules will be added to the crowd. Regularly recalculate according to the rules every day, and dynamically update the crowd
2) Taking the dynamic crowd as an example, the next step is to select the condition range of the target crowd:
Currently, it supports filtering target account groups by the following conditions:
* filter by tag Screen all marketing users in the platform according to the tags on the users, which is suitable for screening users with specified portraits, or circle users with specified behavior tags, such as visiting a website, visiting a certain event page, or attending a certain meeting personnel * Filter by business object criteria Filter the leads, customers or contacts that have been stored in CRM according to their attributes, which is applicable to the scene of following up and nurturing reachable leads or customers * Filter by official account fans Official account fans can be filtered by tags or attributes, which is suitable for the scenario of grouping official account fans for differentiated operations * Filtered by enterprise WeChat customers You can filter all corporate WeChat customers, or specify employees responsible for corporate WeChat customers, or customers in certain WeChat groups
3) Select the specific range of crowd filtering conditions and confirm the submission;

2. Use Target Population

1) In event marketing, conference marketing, and live marketing scenes, event invitations can be sent to existing target accounts/potential accounts of CRM by email, SMS, official account or WeCom;
