The Partner Portal page customization (Web) and Partner Portal page customization (Mobile Client) tabs under Custom Homepage manage homepage templates.
Maintain them separately from the two Custom Page sidebar menus.
1. Custom Homepage
Partner Portal homepages combine business components from External Apps. Maintain separate Web and mobile templates for applicable roles.

Web homepage templates
Open Partner Portal > Custom Homepage. On Partner Portal page customization (Web), click New template or Edit an existing template.
Complete Template information > Menu Item configuration > Toolbar configuration > Page configuration in order.
1. Template information
- Enter a Name, set Priority, and select the role Applicable Scope.
- Select a Page layout, such as a single-region layout, Header and Right Sidebar, or a two-column layout.
- Check the applicable roles and page structure, then click Next.
Single-region layouts stack components vertically and adapt to screen width. Multi-region layouts allocate page areas according to the selected structure.
Screenshot names, priorities, and roles are examples. Set them for your business.

2. Menu Item configuration
- Find required app objects and entries in All Menu Items on the left. Add them to Selected Menu Items on the right.
- Organize menus with Create group and Move to group. Drag items to adjust their order or display position.
- Select Show menu icons and Show quick-create entry as needed, then click Next.
Available items come from enabled app objects, menus, and custom entries. Empty groups do not appear.
Choose menus that match the business needs of the template’s roles.

3. Toolbar configuration
- Select required components on the left and place them in the toolbar area.
- Select a component. Maintain its Component name and Component icon in Component settings on the right.
- Check Global Settings as needed, then click Next.
The screenshot uses the Account / All topic component. Choose names and icons that help downstream users identify business entries.

4. Page configuration
- Select available basic components, containers, and app business components on the left. Place them in the appropriate page areas.
- Select a component and maintain Component settings. For page-wide adjustments, open Global Settings and configure options such as Top navigation.
- Check the layout and component content, then click Save.

Menus and components must match initialized apps. Users remain subject to role, object, and Data Permission restrictions.
The announcement component in the screenshot represents an older capability.
Mobile homepage templates
Open Partner Portal > Custom Homepage and select Partner Portal page customization (Mobile Client).
The list displays template names, Applicable Scope, Priority, and Status. Click New template or Edit an existing template.
Depending on the current status, use Enable or Disable. Use Copy and Delete when available.
Screenshot template names, roles, and priorities are examples rather than universal settings.

1. Basic Info
- Enter the template Name and set Priority.
- Select the External Roles that need the homepage in Applicable Scope.
- Check the template information and click Next.

2. Page configuration
- Select available components, containers, menus, or business components on the left. Place them on the mobile homepage.
- Select each component and maintain its parameters in Component settings on the right.
- Configure page styles in Global Settings and check the mobile preview in the center.
- Check page content and applicable roles. Click Save, then check the template status in the list.

| Global Settings | Available configuration |

| Global icon style | Outline or filled style |
| Background | Background Image, background color, fill height, and whether to synchronize the top bar background |
| Top display | Top text and icon colors, and the top navigation switch |
Homepage display remains subject to app, role, and Data Permission restrictions.
The announcement component shown is an older example. Announcements have been retired; do not add that business entry based on this screenshot.
2. Custom Login Page
Custom Login Pages apply only to Partner Portals. Open Partner Portal > Custom Login Page.
Maintain the corresponding experiences on the Web login page and App Custom Login Page tabs.
Site portals use independently configured login pages within each site. They do not use these login pages.
Web login pages
1. View the list and create a page
In Web login page, filter by Applicable apps or search for a login page name.
The list displays login page names, applicable apps, company-name display settings, theme colors, footer links, and modification information.
Use Edit or Delete to maintain records. Click New to add a login page, or Edit an existing row.

2. Select a login template
In New login template, select a standard template, such as Orange, Business Blue, Sky Blue, or Environmental Protection Green.
Then open New Partner Portal login page and adjust branding and login parameters using that template.

3. Set the name, branding, and images
Configure the right-hand parameter panel from top to bottom. Check the preview on the left.
| Parameter | Configuration description |
|---|---|
| Login page name | Choose a recognizable list name, for example by channel, brand, or target users |
| Applicable apps | Check the applicable app scope; the screenshot uses all apps |
| Display company name | Select Show, Hide, or Custom. Show uses company information from External Settings. Custom uses your entered content |
| Company Logo | Select Show, Hide, or Custom. Show uses the Logo from External Settings. Custom uses your uploaded image |
| Background Image | Upload a login background. The current interface recommends 960 × 640 pixels and limits files to 5 MB |
| Image Carousel | Upload images and enter their URLs. Use Add Image Carousel or Delete to Remove one. The interface recommends 450 × 450 pixels, up to 3 MB |
| Theme color | Keep the template colors or adjust them for your brand. Check the display Effect of buttons, links, and other elements |
Maintain separate company names, Logos, and backgrounds for different login pages. They need not share branding.
Image dimensions are recommendations. Also check the file size limits when uploading.

4. Set login methods, languages, and links
Continue downward to configure login and guidance parameters.
| Parameter | Configuration description |
|---|---|
| Account login methods | Select Mobile and password, Mobile Verification Code, Email and password, Email Verification Code, WeChat QR Code login, or ShareCRM QR Code login |
| Default login method | Set the method displayed first and confirm that you selected it above |
| Default login language | Set the page’s initial language |

| Self-Registration entry display | Enable the entry as needed. Maintain registration rules, information requirements, and role assignment in the corresponding registration configuration |
| Footer links | Enter Link Text and URL, for example an Official Website Address. Check the destination |
The current screenshot includes Self-Registration entry display. Configure it for your company.
This switch controls the Partner Portal login entry’s visibility. It does not replace registration rules in the corresponding registration configuration.

5. Save and verify
- Check the preview’s company name, Logo, background, Image Carousel content, and theme color.
- Check required login methods, the default method, language switching, Self-Registration entry, and footer links.
- Click Save and check the login page information in the list.
- Open the login page through the actual Partner Portal entry. Check display, login, and registration redirects.
Login pages control presentation and authentication before business access. Roles and business permissions still determine accessible apps and data after login.
App Custom Login Pages
Mobile login pages separately configure login methods for H5 and WeChat Official Accounts and WeChat Mini Programs.
They also support dedicated welcome messages and Self-Registration entries.
1. View the list and create a page
Open Partner Portal > Custom Login Page > App Custom Login Page. Filter by applicable apps or search for a login page name.
The list displays names, applicable apps, company-name and Logo display settings, account login methods, and modification information.
Click New or Edit to configure parameters. The list also supports Delete.
The current interface supports multiple mobile login pages, superseding the old documentation’s single shared configuration.

2. Configure Basic Info and login methods
In New login page, configure parameters in page order. Check Layout preview on the left.
| Parameter | Configuration description |
|---|---|
| Login page name | Enter a name that distinguishes the page in the list |
| Company name | Select Show, Hide, or Custom. Show reads External Settings. Custom uses your entered company content |
| Company Logo | Select Show, Hide, or Custom. Show reads the Logo in External Settings. Custom uses your uploaded image |
| Applicable apps | Check the applicable scope; the screenshot uses all apps |
| Login / registration (H5 and WeChat Official Accounts) | Select Mobile and password, Mobile Verification Code, Email and password, or Email Verification Code |
| Default login method | Select a default display method from the H5 and Official Account methods selected above |
| WeChat Mini Program login methods | Select Login / registration (H5 and WeChat Official Accounts) to reuse those methods. Quick mobile verification requires payment to WeChat |
| Default login language | Set the initial page language |
| Login welcome message | Enter the welcome message and description. The two current input fields allow 15 and 50 characters, respectively |

Check H5 and Official Account methods separately from Mini Program methods.
Mobile Verification Code, Email Verification Code, and Mini Program quick mobile verification are distinct options.
Do not treat Mini Program-specific capabilities as shared methods for every mobile entry.
3. Configure the Self-Registration entry
- Enable Self-Registration entry display as needed.
- Enter Guidance text, such as “Sign up”. The current limit is 15 characters.
- In Redirect settings, select the registration scope. The example uses Enterprise apps associated with accounts.
- Check the registration entry, welcome message, and login methods in the left preview.

The switch controls entry visibility. Redirect settings determine its registration scope.
Maintain information requirements, lightweight registration methods, and role assignment in the corresponding registration configuration.
The preview explains that unregistered mobile numbers or emails can enter the registration Process after dynamic-code verification.
Check the target scope’s registration configuration to determine eligibility and parameters. The entry switch alone does not determine registration access.
4. Save and verify
- Check branding, the default login method, language, welcome message, and registration redirect settings.
- Click Save, return to the App Custom Login Page list, and check the record.
- Test login, Verification Codes, and registration redirects through actual H5 or Official Account entries. For Mini Programs, test their configured methods separately.
3. Custom Menu Items
Custom Menu Items organize business objects or pages into Partner Portal entries. Open Partner Portal > Custom Menu Item.
The list displays Name, External App, supported Terminal, API Name, Menu Type, Content, and Applicable Scope.
Click New to add a menu, or Edit and Delete to maintain existing records.

- Enter Name and check API Name and Supported Terminal. Both are read-only in the edit example; follow the current interface.
- Set Applicable Scope for the organizations or roles that need the entry.
- Select Category: CRM object, Custom Page, Dashboard, Mini Program, or H5 page. Available categories and parameters depend on the Terminal and interface.
- Check External App and configure the selected category’s target content. For Custom Page, associate the corresponding page.
- Click Save and check Menu Type, target content, and Applicable Scope in the list.

To place the entry on a Web homepage, return to the template’s Menu Item configuration under Custom Homepage.
Select the custom menu and maintain grouping and display order. Configure a Custom Page before associating its menu.
Applicable Scope controls the intended menu audience. App, role, and external Data Permission restrictions still govern business object access.
Configure Custom Menu Items separately from External Navigation, which manages Web main navigation and mobile footer navigation.
4. Web Custom Pages
Open Partner Portal > Web Custom Page and create or edit the required business page.
Custom Pages can display courses, charts, and other business content. Maintain the overall homepage on the Web tab under Custom Homepage.

After saving, check the associated menu’s Terminal and Applicable Scope. Test display and access permissions through the target user’s Partner Portal entry.
5. App Custom Pages
Open Partner Portal > App Custom Page. The page title is App Custom Page.
Use search, New Custom Page, Edit, Delete, and Copy. The list shows template names, External Apps, associated menu templates, page types, and descriptions.

1. Configure Basic Info
After creating or editing a page, enter Name in Basic Info configuration.
Set App menu component icon and App main navigation icon separately. Select icons from the library or use Upload icon where available.
Check External App, enter a Description as needed, and click Next.
The screenshot limits Description to 500 characters and Name to 25 characters.

2. Configure the page layout
Arrange components in Layout configuration and check the phone preview in the center.

Downstream organizations with tenants can enter through ShareCRM’s Partner Portal entry.
Depending on configured channels, mobile users can enter through Official Account menus or App footer navigation.
