External Platform overview

Connect accounts, partners, and subsidiaries to collaborate on sales and service.

Business purpose

Channel operations connect manufacturers with dealers for ordering, agents for account development, and service providers for customer service. Group operations also connect headquarters and subsidiaries. The External Platform brings this cross-company collaboration into online business processes through External Apps.
You open the required business capabilities to partners. They use your Partner Portal or site to view products, register accounts, and process work orders. Entry points can use the Web, ShareCRM App, WeChat Service Account, or Mini Program, depending on your business requirements.
These business scenarios also support presales, sales, and aftersales collaboration between domestic manufacturers and overseas dealers or subsidiaries. When overseas partners use the overseas ShareCRM edition, you can also connect both companies’ business data.
Upstream and Downstream business collaboration

Core businesses

Collaborate with dealers on ordering

Use ShareOrder to open products and ordering capabilities to dealers. Dealers browse published products, submit orders, and track transaction status for daily collaboration.
Dealers with independent business systems can manage their own operations while participating in your business. When both parties have independent ShareCRM tenants and establish an Interconnection, authorized data synchronization connects their operations. You can distribute products, prices, account master data, and store data, and use Data Collection for downstream orders and inventory.

Develop accounts with agency partners

Use SharePartner for account registration and follow-up with agents and partners. Partners report accounts and leads to you. You can also assign accounts and leads to partners for further follow-up.
Both parties exchange information and coordinate follow-up for the same account development business. This connects opportunities discovered by partners with your sales resources.

Collaborate with service providers on customer service

Use ShareService to assign customer service work orders to partner service providers. They review and process assigned work orders, with engineers providing on-site service.
Connecting your service intake and dispatch with providers’ on-site processing lets you deliver customer service with external service teams.

Connect business and data with subsidiaries

Headquarters and subsidiaries can open the business capabilities they need for collaboration. Each company manages its own operations while participating in cross-company work.
With independent ShareCRM tenants and an established Interconnection, both parties synchronize distributed business data. They share information within the required authorization scope, combine group resources, and retain independent operational management.

Provide communication and training for partners

Use External Chats to communicate with partner contacts during ordering, account follow-up, and service processing. Direct chats and group chats support daily business discussions.
Use Partner Academy to provide courses, learning tasks, and exam tasks to partners, and review learning activity. Training helps partners learn product and business knowledge for sales and service.
