Synchronize personnel attributes to text
Publish Status: generally available. Synchronization policies can select attributes from Personnel fields, such as Owner name or Mobile, and map them to target Text fields.
- Create a synchronization policy and open Field Mapping.
- Select a source Object personnel field, such as Created By, Modified By, or Owner, and its required attribute.

Select the target Text field, then save and enable the policy.
This synchronizes attribute values, not the User identity directly into the target tenant.
AI openness capabilities announced in this release
The announcement also covers CLI, MCP, Agent, and third-party robot integration, all in limited rollout at that time. CLI packages business capabilities as commands. MCP opens tools and knowledge to AI clients. Robot integration enables Agent conversations through third-party collaboration entry points.
