WeChat integration and account behavior improvements
All five updates have a generally available Publish status in this announcement.
| Update | Usage impact |
|---|---|
| WeChat Official Account authorization conflict messages | Clearer messages help identify authorization issues during integration |
| Update activation after login | External User activation changes to Activated after login |
| Automatic Mini Program unlinking at logout | Logging out from the External User personal center automatically removes the WeChat OpenID binding |
| Auto Associate contacts when adding Our contacts | When downstream additions create External Users, names and Mobile numbers match Associated Contacts linked to the External Organization’s account or partner; unmatched contacts remain unfilled |
| Filter disabled External Users | External User picker Components for External Personnel fields support filtering disabled users |

Login activation identifies whether a user has logged in. Filtering disabled users supports viewing historical resources; it does not re-enable their accounts.
Relationship to earlier announcements
“Activation after login” was a planned release in November 2025 and is generally available in this January announcement. Mini Program unlinking is logout account behavior. It is managed separately from upstream External Organization creation and Role authorization.
