1.1 Smart Form Business Process
- CRM administrators create smart forms in the management background and configure role function permissions. The three usage modes cover pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales business scenarios. 1.2 Three Modes of Smart Form

No-identity Mode: It is usually a corporate action, used to obtain information widely in marketing activities. The obtained information is public information without a specific business leader. Assignment rules can be set to automatically assign the person in charge. (The person in charge of the information collected in the no-identity mode is the "system" employee by default, except for the leads in the lead pool - the leads in the lead pool have no person in charge.)

Identity Mode: generally used for personal behavior, employees can set pre-filled items in the form, generate exclusive private codes (encrypt and package employee information and pre-filled information to generate new QR codes), and customers scan the QR codes shared by employees Once data is accessed and submitted, it is automatically attributed to that employee.

Automatic Marketing Mode: combined with workflow and email templates, such as customizing a workflow, when an action occurs, an email template is automatically triggered to send an email. Smart form links can be inserted in the email template, and the form encapsulates the email template. The object ID parameter, when the user submits through the mail access form, can be automatically collected under the object through the parameter.

Field Settings
- Display Name: The name of the field to be displayed in the form.
- Set as Required: Required fields will be validated when the form is submitted.
- Set as Read-only: You can set the field to a default value before making it read-only.
- Set as Hidden: The fields set as hidden can be set with default values first.
- Typical Scenes: Create a form that automatically collects clues and want to put all the collected clues into a certain clue pool, but it is impossible to put the field of "lead pool" in the form, you can set the "lead pool" field to A default value is then hidden. When the data is submitted, it will be automatically saved to the lead pool. The same goes for the customer's "high seas".
- Set as Default: Fields set as default will appear below the form, not into the form, and will not be visible to form visitors.

Notes:
- When creating a new form, the required fields under the object will be brought into the form by default, and cannot be modified to be non-required.
- Preset Items: Fields in the form can be set as preset items. Fields set as preset items will not be displayed in the form and can only be filled by internal employees.
- "Field name" is the unique name of this field in the system (that is, the real name), and "Display name" is the stage name in the form. Although it can be called different names in different forms, it still needs to be saved when submitting the data. the same field.
- The person in charge of the data obtained in the no-identity mode is the "system" employee by default, and the person in charge = "system" can be used as a filter condition when configuring the assignment rules with workflow.
- Adding a new required field under the object of the smart form will affect the form synchronization object data, so when adding a new required field under the object, it must be synchronized to the form.

2. Smart Form Data Statistics
- Form Details: including overview, traffic statistics, data statistics
- Overview: PV is the total number of views of the form, UV is the total number of unique visitors to the form, and the total number of submissions is the total number of form data submitted by visitors.

- Traffic Statistics: The visual chart shows the traffic of the last 7 days; the traffic data at the bottom of the page is all the traffic data in the form, which can be exported to Excel.

- Statistics: Object data will be automatically generated when visitors submit the form. If the object is not successfully generated due to special reasons, the reason for the synchronization failure will be displayed in the data statistics list.
- Filter: You can filter the data of successful and failed synchronization objects.
- Export: Export form data to Excel.

3. Use of Smart Form
3.1 Marketing Campaigns (No-identity Mode)
- When the form is used to collect feedback or registration information for marketing campaigns, the QR code or link in the CRM management background can be used. (The QR code and link on the form details page are unidentified, and the person in charge of the data obtained through the unidentified form link defaults to "system")

3.2 Use under CRM Business Object (Identity Mode)
- The administrator can enable the "Smart Form" function permission in the role permission setting. The "Smart Form" button will appear on the object list page and associated object detail page.


- Web: You can download the QR code, or copy the form link.
- Mobile: Long press the two-dimensional to forward the form to WeChat or Qixin. Form visitors can share the form to any platform.

3.3 Use in Email Templates (Automatic Marketing Mode)
- Automatic Marketing Mode: smart forms can be inserted into email templates, for example: to collect account feedback information, a form of "account feedback" (an object can be customized to be associated with an account) object can be inserted into the email template of the "account" object, When the account receives the email and fills out the form, a piece of account feedback is automatically generated and linked to the account in the system.

4. Data Automatic Distribution
- If there is no person in charge of the object data generated by the form, it is the "system" employee by default, and the automatic distribution rules can be configured through the workflow.
