1. Detailed Explanation of Configuration Functions
1.1 Create PaaS Application
1. First enter the background, select Application Center Management - Application List.

2. Enter the "All Applications" interface, click "New Platform Application" in the upper right corner to enter the "Create Platform Application" interface.
- Application Logo: select the logo for the new platform application, this item is required;
- Application Name: up to 10 characters, and cannot be empty;
- Function Introduction: describe the functions and features of the application;
- Applicable Scope: select the scope of application for the application according to the division of colleagues/departments/roles;
- After filling in the basic information, click "Create" to enter the background management interface of the application.

1.2 Background Interface of PaaS Application
1. This interface is the background interface of the newly created application, which displays "basic information" by default, in addition to "WEB application view" and "mobile application view" tabs.

- Basic Information: Click Modify on the right to modify the required information fields of the newly created application, and click "OK" to take effect immediately, as shown in the figure below:

1.3 WEB Application View & Configuration Steps
1. Click "New Template" to enter the basic information interface for creating a new WEB application view.

- Template Name: the name of the WEB application view, and the name cannot be empty;
- Template Priority: When the user accesses, the view template with high priority is loaded by default, and the larger the number, the higher the priority; the optional number is 0-9;
- Applicable Scope: select the scope of application for the WEB application view according to the division of colleagues/departments/roles;
- Page Layout: There are five layout forms to choose from;
- Click "Next" to enter the menu item configuration.

2. Enter the menu item configuration interface, as shown in the figure below:
Select the desired menu item to configure it in the menu list of the view, and click Next to enter the toolbar configuration.
Tips: If there are too many menu items and it is not easy to classify, you can click "Create Group" to put the same type of menu items into this group; the icons on the right side of the created group represent: modify the group name, delete the group , Top, Bottom, and drag to change the order.

3. After the menu items are configured, enter the toolbar configuration.
- The toolbar is in the upper right corner of the view, and you can select up to three from "Scene", "Tools", "Schedule" and "Task" for configuration; select the desired component and drag it into the "+" in the toolbar area, and you can implement the configuration;
- The global settings and component settings can be seen on the far right. The global settings include whether to enable global search and the style of the search box, and the component settings are the basic settings of the selected component;
- Click Next to enter the page configuration interface.

4. Page Configuration
- The left side is the component setting, and the supported components include the following types: general components, BI components, collaborative components, business components, and container components;
- The middle is the component display area;
- The right side is the global setting and component setting, and the corresponding specific parameters can be configured according to different components.
The application view on the WEB side can refer to the configuration method of the custom page on the WEB side
1.4 Mobile Application View & Configuration Steps
1. Select the "Mobile App Views" tab and click "New Template".

2. Enter the basic information interface of creating a new mobile application view, and fill in the template information of this mobile application view.
- Template name, template priority and applicable scope configuration;
- The mobile application view has two page layouts (single page layout, bottom navigation layout).

3. Page Configuration
- The mobile application view configuration interface is divided into three areas, from left to right: component list, configuration area, global/component settings;
- In the configuration area, you can configure the bottom navigation and page information of the mobile application view;
- Click the "+" in the bottom navigation to pop up the bottom navigation menu selector for bottom navigation configuration.

Tips: Bottom navigation menu selector, you can select object class/page class for configuration.

4. Enable the newly created application.
- After completing the configuration of the application view, click "Enable" in the list to take effect;
- Click "Edit" to enter the background interface of this application again;
- Click "Delete" to delete this application (after deletion, all the information configured by the application will be deleted together).

Tips: To add, sort or modify the application view, click "Edit" to find the WEB/mobile application view to be modified; at the same time, you can create a new WEB/mobile application view again.
