I. Overview
- Custom Menu: Administrators can package CRM objects (custom objects & preset objects), custom pages, charts (data cockpit) into a menu, and configure this menu in the CRM application view menu and in the web application view menu;
- Tips: To view the custom menu, the administrator needs to add the corresponding person/department/role to the applicable scope of the custom menu.
2. Detailed Explanation of Configuration Functions
2.1 Create Custom Menu Item
1. In the management background, enter the "Custom Menu Item List Page" in [Interface Customization Management] [Custom Menu Item], and you can "add, delete, modify, and check" the content of the custom menu item through the list

2. "Custom menu item list", click the "New" button to enter the "New custom menu item" interface:
- Name: 50 characters online, and cannot be empty;
- apiName: It is mainly provided for developers to use, and there are format requirements to fill in. If it is not necessary, it is recommended not to modify it (see help tips for details);
- Support terminal: WEB terminal and mobile terminal;
- Scope of application: Add viewing permission for the corresponding person/department/role;
- Select categories: CRM Objects, Custom Pages, Data Cockpit.

3. Tips:
- If both PC and mobile are checked, the selection of custom pages is not supported (the reason is that the WEB and mobile have independent custom pages);
- Select a CRM object to add custom objects & preset objects, and all business types or a single business type under the object.

1. Create a new custom menu item, select "pc & mobile terminal" for the terminal, select "data dashboard" for the type, and select the corresponding BI chart under the data cockpit, click save to generate a piece of data.

- Drag the "menu entry" component into the preview area
- Select the corresponding "Custom Menu Item" in the "Menu Entry" component

2.3 Configure Custom Menu Items to WEB CRM Menu - Operation Example
1. Create a new custom menu item; (take the data cockpit as an example)
2. Enter the background [CRM homepage customization] group [menu template management] - click to create / edit an existing menu;
3. Enter the CRM menu template configuration interface, configure the established menu items into the CRM menu, and click Save;
4. You can see the configured custom menu items in the CRM menu
