- Description: After the approval process is initiated, the system will send the task to-do to the relevant processing personnel according to the process configuration, so that the executor can keep abreast of and view the to-do activities.
- To-do List Viewing Entry: In "CRM To-Do - Pending Approval Process", a list of unprocessed or processed approval processes to be processed by the current user will be displayed.
- Filter & Automatic Refresh: In the filter, you can filter out the approval flow through options such as process subject, task status, and process time, or you can directly click on the object in the approval flow to-do list to filter, and after the processing is completed, the to-do list Can be refreshed automatically.
- Batch Processing: Check the checkbox in front of the approval flow to execute approval and rejection operations in batches.

3. View Approval Flow Details Page

- The approver can pass, reject, replace the processor, reply, withdraw the approval, discuss, add a sign, etc. to the approval (the buttons displayed on the front end of different roles may be inconsistent).
- Non-approvers can also reply under a certain node, and can @relevant personnel when replying.
