1. Overview & Value

1.1 Overview

Workflow is an automation standard for the organization's internal processes and business processes. According to the set process rules and logic customization, it automatically transfers and executes business data.

  • Through the workflow trigger mechanism combined with post-process actions, the business logic can be customized in a low-code manner to meet the logical business customization needs of complex business scenarios of enterprises.

2. Usage Scenes

  • Do some things that must be done instead of corporate employees through workflow

2.1 Scene Example 1

Materials Inventory: After creating the logistics list, lock it directly, and send an email to the purchaser and warehouse manager at the same time

2.2 Scene Example 2

Leads Conversion &a Recycling Process: Employees can receive it when they can see it, and administrators can assign it;

  • If it is not converted within 2 days after receiving/distributing, it will be recycled to the clue pool for primary recycling. If it is not converted within 5 days, it will be automatically recycled to the clue pool for secondary recycling;
  • Through the timing trigger judgment of the workflow, if the lead has not been converted within 7 days since the lead is created, it will be judged as invalid and flow into the enterprise lead pool;
  • Leads that are marked as blacklisted during the follow-up process will automatically enter the big blacklisted thread pool and will no longer be circulated.
