Key account filing and approval process: After sales create a new account, add account information during the follow-up process. If it is rated as a key customer, it needs to be reviewed and re-designated for sales follow-up.

  • "Supplement Account Information during Follow-up": that is, edit account information, and you can configure "business activities" to edit account information.
  • "Classified as Major Account": Judging based on customer information, if it is an important customer, approval is required. A "branch node" can be added for judgment.
  • "Needs Review": Approval. Add the "Approval" business element.
  • "Redesignate Sales": Change the person in charge. You can add a "business activity" and configure the execution business as "replacement of the person in charge".

(2) Account Level Judgment: The system automatically judges the customer level. If it is an important customer, the leader will be selected for review; if it is not an important customer, no review is required and the current process can be ended.

  • Meet the following conditions to enter the "customer level approval": in the process initiation record, the customer level is equal to the important customer
  • Enter "End" when the following conditions are met: the customer level recorded by the process initiation is not equal to the important customer

(3) Add the approval node "Customer Level Approval" - "Customer Level Approval" under the "Customer Approval" stage: that is, the approval of customer supplementary information to confirm whether it is an important customer

(4) Add business activities "Change in charge" - "Customer in charge" under the stage of "Change in charge": that is, if it is an important customer, assign a more professional salesperson to make progress to ensure the win rate
