Overview
The attachment field uploads and manages various file assets generated during business processes, such as contract PDFs, scanned documents, and report files. This field supports online preview and OCR text recognition. For files larger than 100 MB, use a large attachment field instead.

doc, docx, ppt, pptx, xls, xlsx, pdf, jpg, png, bmp, gif, jpeg, svg, txt, html, js, xml, aspx, csv, sql, css, json, htm, msg, mp4, mkv, mov, m4v, webm, ogg, mp3, wav, aac. Other formats support download only.OCR text recognition configuration
- When OCR is enabled, only image (jpg/jpeg/png/bmp), PDF, and OFD formats are supported for upload.
- Only one recognizable content area is allowed per file.
- When parameter mapping is configured, upload one file at a time.
File format restrictions
- When OCR is disabled, you can freely configure whether to restrict file formats.
- When OCR is enabled, the system automatically restricts uploads to supported formats.
Usage limitations
- Attachment fields cannot be used as filter conditions for roll-up summary fields or lookup relationship fields.
