Recommended planning order

  1. Identify user roles and frequent tasks.
  2. List the applications, objects, pages, and charts that each role needs.
  3. Design platform applications or CRM application views.
  4. Configure menus and homepages.
  5. Configure Web and App main navigation.
  6. Configure Theme Color, Skin Color, and startup images.
  7. Let key users test the experience and provide feedback.
