View process operations data, and analyze process efficiency and exceptions.

Overview

Process operations monitoring helps administrators view processing efficiency, task distribution, and exception data for approval flows and business flows. Operations owners can use this information to optimize process nodes.

Before you begin

  • You have permission to view process operations monitoring.
  • The system has generated process instances and task data.

View approval flow operations analysis

Approval flow operations analysis shows the running status, quantity distribution, and exceptions of Approval Process instances. At the top of the page, status cards let you switch quickly. In the list area, you can view details by Process Subject, Trigger Object, related data, Initiator, Current Handler, Process Status, time, and other information.

Monitoring statuses

The top cards in approval flow operations analysis support these statuses:
  • Approvals being processed: View approval tasks that are currently pending.
  • Approval processes in progress: View approval instances that are still circulating.
  • Overdue unprocessed approvals: Find overdue tasks that have not been processed.
  • Task exceptions: View tasks with execution exceptions.
  • Wait Node: View approval tasks that are waiting.
  • All processes: View all Approval Process instances.
  • Process exceptions: View Approval Process instances with exceptions in one place.
  • Withdrawn: View recalled Approval Process instances.
  • Passed: View processes that passed approval.
  • Rejected: View processes with Approval Rejected results.

View the analysis list

  1. On the Process Operations Monitoring page, open the Approval Flow Operations Monitoring tab.
  2. Click a status card at the top to switch the current monitoring scope.
  3. Use Filter or Advanced Sorting to narrow the Data Range.
  4. View Process Subject, Trigger Object, related data, Initiator, Current Handler, Process Status, Trigger Type, process start time, and Last Modified On in the list.
  5. To view a specific record, click the Process Subject or related data to open details.
  6. To export the current data, click Export.

View analysis details

On the details page, you can also view:
  • The current status and circulation result of the process instance.
  • The Current Handler and historical processing path.
  • The Trigger Object and related data.
  • The Trigger Type, such as New, Edit, or Void.
  • Process start time and Last Modified On.

Data processing

Approval flow operations data supports processing by status:
  • You can delete withdrawn, passed, and rejected Approval Process instances.
  • You can troubleshoot abnormal processes before processing them.
  • For tasks that remain unprocessed for a long time, first check whether the handler is empty or whether node configuration is abnormal.

View business flow operations analysis

Business flow operations analysis shows the running status, processing progress, and exceptions of Business Process instances. At the top of the page, status cards let you switch quickly. In the list area, you can view details by Process Subject, Trigger Object, related data, Initiator, Current Handler, Current Stage, current task, Process Status, start type, and time.

Monitoring statuses

The top cards in business flow operations analysis support these statuses:
  • Tasks being processed: View Business Process tasks that are currently pending.
  • Tasks On Hold: Track tasks that have been paused.
  • Business processes in progress: View business instances that are still circulating.
  • Overdue incomplete tasks: Find overdue tasks that are Not Completed.
  • Task exceptions: View task execution exceptions.
  • Wait / Automatic Node: View tasks in Wait Node or Automatic Node status.
  • All processes: View all Business Process instances.
  • Process exceptions: View abnormal process instances in one place.
  • Terminated: View terminated Business Process instances.
  • Completed: View completed Business Process instances.

View the analysis list

  1. On the Process Operations Monitoring page, open the Business Flow Operations Monitoring tab.
  2. Click a status card at the top to switch the current monitoring scope.
  3. Use Filter, Advanced Sorting, the object dropdown, or the Initiator filter to narrow the Data Range.
  4. View Process Subject, owning Business Process, Stage Name, Trigger Object, related data, Initiator, Current Handler, Task Status, Task Duration, and process start time.
  5. To view a specific record, click the Process Subject or related data to open details.
  6. To export the current data, click Export.

View analysis details

On the details page, you can also view:
  • The current status and circulation result of the process instance.
  • The Current Stage and current task.
  • The Current Handler and historical processing path.
  • The Trigger Object and related data.
  • The Task Type or Trigger Type, such as Manually Initiate, Workflow Trigger, or edit trigger.
  • Process start time and current Task Duration.

Data processing

Business flow operations data supports processing by status:
  • You can delete terminated and completed Business Process instances.
  • You can troubleshoot abnormal processes before processing them.
  • For tasks that remain unprocessed for a long time, first check whether the handler is empty, whether the Current Stage is abnormal, or whether node configuration is correct.

Filtering supports locating processes by Related Object, handler, Pending Handler, process start time, and process end time.

View data management

  1. On the monitoring page, open the details list.
  2. View data by instance or task.
  3. Export or analyze the target data.
Approval flow supports exporting data by status. For withdrawn, passed, and rejected Approval Process instances, you can delete them individually or in batches. Business flow supports exporting processes in different statuses. You can terminate abnormal processes in batches, and delete terminated and completed processes in batches.

Operations recommendations

  • Review overdue and abnormal tasks every day.
  • For nodes that stay in place for a long time, first check whether the handler is empty.
  • Export abnormal data regularly and review process configuration.
  • Before you delete historical processes, confirm business audit requirements.
