Register, sign in, and open the service portal

Open your organization’s end-user service portal on the web.

Overview

You can sign in with an existing connected-user account, register through an enabled self-registration process, or use public features as a guest. Portal menus, objects, and data depend on the external-role permissions configured by your organization.

Before you begin

  • Obtain the web portal address published by your organization.
  • If you have an account, prepare its bound mobile number.
  • If registration is required, prepare the requested customer and contact information.

Sign in with an existing account

  1. Open the organization’s web portal.
  2. Select Sign In, or open a feature that requires authentication.
  3. Enter your mobile number and request a verification code.
  4. Enter the code to sign in.
  5. Select a service feature from the portal home page.

Register an end-user account

If your organization allows self-registration:
  1. On the portal sign-in page, select Register or the equivalent entry.
  2. Enter your mobile number, customer, contact, and other requested information.
  3. Request and enter the SMS verification code.
  4. Submit the registration.
  5. Return to the portal and sign in with the new account.

Use guest access

If guest access is enabled, open a public portal feature directly. Guests can use only the objects, data, and actions made public by the organization. They cannot view data that requires a connected-user identity.

Expected result

  • After sign-in, the portal displays services available to your account.
  • After registration, your permissions can allow requests, work orders, and query features.
  • Guest access displays only features that do not require registration.

Troubleshooting

You did not receive the verification code

Check the mobile number and whether the message was blocked. Contact the organization’s service team to check the SMS service and account status if the issue continues.

A feature is unavailable after sign-in

Confirm that you opened the correct organization’s portal and signed in with the intended account. Ask the service team to verify your menu, object, and data access if the feature remains unavailable.

Notes

  • Do not share verification codes, passwords, or sign-in links that contain identity information.
  • The same mobile number can represent service identities in different organizations. Always use the target organization’s portal.
  • Portal access does not override external-role permissions.
